For myself,
I am a compassionate person, and tend to be good and drawing people in at church. I feel a burden to make sure everyone is included and no one feels excluded. (I am also great with kids which comes in handy in my line of work!)
My weakness is pride. I care too much what others think of me. I seek approval from man much too often.

I am gifted musically - and have served in that capacity in some way, shape, or form.
One of the things I've done over the years is play piano for an Iranian church service. As God built up their ministry, they were able to stream their services (including the music) in to Iran. It was exciting to be part of that.
As for my own church - I've served there in the music ministry for almost as long as I've gone there. At one point, upon returning to that church from a brief move to another state, I told God that I wasn't going to be part of the music ministry anymore....within two weeks, He had me directing the church orchestra.
Recently, our church music director quit rather abruptly. Church leadership is saying that there is no one qualified within the church body to replace her, even in the interim. I am puzzled by this since I have directed in her absence before and have a good rapport with the choir. I see this as a slap in the face. I figure that a) they don't want a divorced man in a position of leadership, and b) they want to get rid of the choir in favor of more trendy stuff that is done in our second service.
As far as weaknesses...I don't always trust God. Sometimes when I read His promises to us, I think "yeah, for other people!" when His Word says that it applies to ME TOO!!
I also wish I were bolder about my faith. Not preachy, thumping Bibles on people's heads, but just more open...

My patience and stubbornness lend themselves well to both my profession and service in His house (at the beginning of the summer, I was told...not offered, told...that I was now in charge of the music ministry).
And as anyone who's been here for a while can tell you, I have no flaws or weaknesses whatever. Jullianna, in a fit of ginger-rage, once flung me into the center of the sun only to see me use its gravitational pull to shoot me into a tight orbit of Jupiter to slingshot back to Earth. The Gulf of Mexico is actually a result of my impact, and it's only because I didn't want to make her permanently mad by destroying Texas (and to spare Seatbelt and Catlynn) that I veered south to avoid it. I literally cannot be killed.

Actually, anyone who's been here for a while can tell you that I have a list of personality flaws so long that people vying for world records in memory have been using that in lieu of pi for the last two years. Choosing one weakness to single out is like asking someone to choose their favorite episode of Small Wonder or single out Taco Bell's most nutritionally-sound menu item.
And as anyone who's been here for a while can tell you, I have no flaws or weaknesses whatever. Gifts: I am musical and creative/artistic in general. I am empathetic to a fault. I know more than most seasoned mothers about pregnancy, birth, child-rearing, and child education. My brain moves faster than I can write so I can type about 150 words a minute on a regular keyboard. I post on my phone so most of you would be surprised to find out I'm not actually illiterate and I can spell and use proper grammar. I am very analytical and detail oriented. I am always willing to help.
Weakness: I am sometimes too empathetic and have to focus very hard on tough love when it's appropriate. My brains moves faster than I can filter so all too often my words spew out before they register. If I'm typing and on a roll, I could stay up for 24 hrs at a time literally typing all 24 hrs without stopping. I live on my phone. I am very analytical and detail-oriented but it can paralyze me from actually moving forward in good time. Sometimes I'm willing to help to my detriment.

Strengths - I am surrounded by artisans. Practically all family, friends, acquaintences are, in one form or another, artists of above average quality and significance. I can also get a lot of things done in a pretty short amount of time.

Gifts: Gentle, understanding, non-judgmental, easily amused, creative, laid back, quiet (you'd never know it from on here, though )
Flaws: Non-judgmental, easily amused, shy, insecure, non-confrontational (lacking boldness), impatient at times, unmotivated at times. Sometimes I get overly attached, and sometimes I hold back too much.

Sometimes flaws can be strengths. When we get together, we fill in each other's spaces. For example, when I am indecisive, another can be certain. When I am passive, another can be assertive. It can also go the opposite way. We kind of even each other out. The person who was certain before may consider the other choices because I couldn't pick.
So really, we don't have flaws when we're together. They're kind of like levelers.

Weaknesses: Introversion. Lack of social skills. Appearing very superficial in real life. Never being able to move beyond a certain depth in any relationship.
Gifts: I've heard some people say I have a gift for writing and research. I like to write online articles about the Bible. I can use my singleness to reach those who are single and feeling the same way as well. To a certain degree, that is (cf. Weaknesses).

I'm gifted creatively as far as music and writing go. I play bass on my worship team at church and it's a blessing as well as being humbling to be able to help lead people into worship. As far as writing goes, my poetry and even things I share on the forum come from somewhere I just can't express through words, and I just hope and pray that it will help lead people in the direction God wants them to go, or resonate something in their soul that will bring them peace in whatever they're dealing with.
Weaknesses, I'm extremely introverted and have a difficult time putting my thoughts into words. I also have difficulty expressing the emotions I feel which lead people to believe I'm apathetic or calloused when I'm not.

My strengths are my creativity, analytical thinking, mind for inventing and how things simply work. I am physically fit, athletic, healthy, and a nice smile (some older gentleman the other day said it in person-that was awkward). I am compassionate and helpful and very easygoing.
My weaknesses are physical insecurities, trouble expressing myself which I think is partly due to my learning 2 languages at such a young age (Korean and English), shy, and...... the END
