To all who happilly voted 'no' only after they looked at the poll's curent results. The truth has nothing to do with the majority's view. Cheers :)
I just checked the results of the poll. 1 Yes (I think I know who voted that) and 34 no with zero undecided.

YES:x
NO:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
undecided:
That is known as a landslide, the likes of which I have never seen before on this forum. The majority can be right or wrong but you were the one who wanted the poll and now you are discounting the result.

Whoever voted that Paul was a false prophet, if that is their true belief, is headed for hell, until and unless he or she accepts Jesus as his saviour. I'm hoping it was an unbeliever, perhaps an atheist or Jew, who voted no, rather than someone who thinks he belongs to Christ.
As much in error as that view is, of some one that might have chosen it. It does not mean they are going to hell, We have to be reasonable if others wont . Let God Judge and lets stop ourselves from doing that.

Satan runs the world, in the times of Christ as well as NOW. He deceives everone. Does he deceive the minority or..the whole world ?! Think about it.
Satan deceives the world, because the world, does not study God's love letter, ( The Bible ) He sent them.... Think about it.

I want to add ,We can at least correct some one by showing them what is written. now listening to traditions of men can Not lead some one to good standing with God. So your warning is true actually when you follow it to its end.

But, I think the way to correct some one is with the scriptures. If you can explain to them, where they took a turn off course ,then you might be more successful that way: They might have a change of mind later about it, because of something they where shown from the Bible , that made them reconsider what they were doing or about a bad teaching they were taught .

I would rather say..by making a mess in God's Word. Think about it.

It is written God is not the author of confusion, but if peace... God has not made this confusing or hard....

On the other side. Man authors confusion, and people are confused if they allow man and evil spirits to do so....

All the Manuscripts, now i say Manuscripts, even the very earliest ones dating within a few years of Christ death an resurrection , prove. That God's word has never changed. That shows me divine intervention, in perfection and transition of those sacred scriptures from the time they where written till now. That is a fact..

But heathen know this and cannot deny. So instead, they attempt to tare down God's word other ways.. And your belief system is just one of many ways they attempt this. And they even do it through unsuspecting Christians, who will believe every wind of doctrine from men

If everyone except few is right about Paul and there is nothing wrong with him, then there's no deception.
But it's not proof alone that he is wrong, so that someone doesn't claim it's my only support for critisising Paul.

The deception is Not Paul . It is Satan who Christ & Paul warned about.. Not much of a chance for first fruits and taking part in that first resurrection or standing against Satan, if your cant even except the warnings about Satan. ( Which Paul taught, because Christ taught Him. That is written , the question is have you read it ? And to add with some degree of understanding ?)

oldhermit, people actually believe this. And leads some one to actually just ignore scripture altogether entirely with enough time..

Then they will accept anything at that point that the world puts out, that is how it seems form all the times i have spoken to people who have the habit of tossing out scripture , in one form or another, one letter or book to another, eventually there are wholes in understanding God's word so big, its hard to make sense of anything.

This is not so much about being right, but what God word says is right and are we alining with it.

Deuteronomy 8:3

3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.

Matthew 4:4

Christ speaking

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

( If the Bible was wrong, Christ would Not have quoted it as many times as He did.... Right ?... Christ came teaching the Words of The One True Heavenly Father. Christ never said anything God did not tell Him to teach.. Likewise Christ taught the apostles. Christ and God are One.)

2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

I fail to see what Peter said that did not align with Paul ? Matter of fact, Peter said that ignorant and unstable people distort some of Paul's writings, as they do other scriptures to their own destruction. Peter does not contrast with Paul "because some of Paul's writings can be hard to understand". Peter agrees with Paul by stating that "the ignorant and unstable" do the same thing with Paul's writings that they do with other scriptures .... to their own destruction. Straightforward as straightforward can be.

2 Peter 3:14-18

[SUP]14 [/SUP]So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. [SUP]15 [/SUP]Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. [SUP]16 [/SUP]He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position. [SUP]18 [/SUP]But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
I look at it this way.

If Peter considered pauls letters as SCRIPTURE. Then anyone who says pauls letters are not the word of God disagrees with Peter and calls him a liar.., Or else they think Peter is a fraud also..

If you want to wait till the end to see your wrong, feel free.

As proven to you. Peter considered pauls letters the word of God. And told us that Paul spoke the words GOD gave him..thus we already KNOW who is right..

No I don't think so. But I have to say , his story is so wonderful! I love reading about his salvation.

It goes to show that salvation is for anyone! even if you have had a terrible past.

:) God bless

That is true, i cant recall the all the scriptures otherwise I would post every single time a apostle , or Christ words, or Gods words, and How Paul alined to God's words. I would post it all. And from what i remember and have read so far, it would be a very long list, and for the deeper student, they would have pages long of documentation for this. But that takes time and effort, and few people , now a days, even care for that kind of study of God's words. Study would show anyone that took the time, that Paul overwhelmingly alines & taught Christ words .

They rather toss it out: much easier I guess if a student can just not study for a test. But there will be a big F at the end of the day with that kind of thinking .

About what Peter said :

2 Peter 3:

1- 14

15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;

16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Well, you were asking someone else this question:

To which I asked you this question, which you didn't answer.

I was asking that becuase the question you were asking made it look like you didn't believe what Paul wrote.

And speaking of misunderstandings, if you don't mind me interjecting...

This is a prime example of what I meant on the first page, you're both in agreement and don't realize it because you're arguing over semantics and specific words. In this case, the word is distort. Did loveme1 use the word distort? No. Does it mean loveme1 is saying something that has a completely different effect? No. loveme1 didn't say "distort" but did say "using to their own destruction," and people who distort the scripture are using it to their own destruction. So you see, you're actually in agreement but you're too busy fighting over word specifics and how something is or isn't phrased to realize it.
GOD be thanked that you attempted to bring peace and understanding.

Too often people jump on the bandwagon and the accusations continue to be addressed quite sad really, but for those who take the time, let GOD be thanked, for He knows the Truth and intent of us all.

Article on Rapture that I translated explains it all. This is Christ's Revelation that He gave to John. Few people tried to discuss in that thread, you know why ? Because they can not question it.
Nathan3 who made a huge post on nothing, just ran away.
I am even willing to talk in the chat room for hours about this if you want .We can talk it over in detail if you want. I will even document from what is written in the Bible from Christ . And how even Paul taught the same thing.

Just give me a time we can talk. I am free to talk even now.
