The first episode of the fourth season of Downton Abbey was UH-MA-ZING!! XD The music is so beautiful! The scenes are gorgeous! The dialogue, so clever! Yay!
Thanks for the heads-up Cat! lol now I can brace myself on Tuesday when I head to work. The guy I carpool with,is obsessed with Downton Abbey, and has been giddy like a school girl in anticipation of this 4th season. So at least I know that I need to go to my happy place when he starts in 1st thing 7am about how UH-MA-ZING it was too. lol It's an hour drive. Sweet Lord Jesus give me strength.

Fortunately I like a whole array of things, so I can quote Buffy and appreciate Downton all in the same day. :p But I know what you mean.
.....and I just noticed your sig for the first time and it made me laugh. :D

Today is the first morning there's been frost on the ground. It's beautiful, casting a grayish glitter across everything it touches.

Parts of my keyboard are not working properly. I suspect fuzzy kitty involvement.

@ Cat...yeah,well he's 65 & don't think he's ever watched Buffy. lol It's actually kinda funny listening to him get all excited about the show. I just feel bad because I don't watch it,so I really have no idea who these characters he's going on & on about are. lolz

but...but...you said it was UH-MA-ZING!!! So which is it girl...fantastic or UH-MA-ZING??? lolz
No. She said the first episode of the fourth season was UH-MA-ZING!! And she referred to the overall show as fantastic.

By the way...on the other side of the pond, I think they refer to TV seasons as series, so the first episode of the fourth series is UH-MA-ZING!!

I have no idea why I felt this was important enough to make a post...

I don't know if anyone else on here watches Dexter....but the series finale was just plain awful. The last season or two in general wasn't that great, but at the very end, I just said, "...SERIOUSLY??"

Oh no! I got into this a couple of months ago. A coworker is loaning me the collection. I am currently halfway through season 6, with the Doomsday Killer.

Thoroughly enjoying my coffee this morning. My daughter made extra whipped cream for last night's dessert, so I put some of the leftover stuff on my coffee, pretending that I paid $4.80 for this at that mermaid place. Great way to spend a lazy Saturday morning! :)

Well, I heard back from the college I applied to. :)

Looks like they're wanting to accept me, I just need to take the ACT, give my school guidance counselor the letter saying that he needs to give the college my transcript, ACT scores, and *shudder* immunization records. Seriously. I hope and pray that I don't need any shots or physicals. I. Hate. Needles. And I know for a fact the next time I walk into my M.D.'s office, my arm will be their pin cushion. Well not a complete pincushion. They probably will draw blood, though. The one thing that I doo nooot need. -.-

Been dreaming of evil things this past week, from performing an exorcism on a evil lady ghost haunting the house I work at, to a possessed lady going down to my basement to die, to 50 possessed cats at my door trying to get in my house. Usually I can trace them to a show or a conversation I had the night before. I dunno lol.

I wonder, has arwenbaggins watched Lord of the Rings: Return of the King final battle scene and 101 dalmations last night :D

ah, yes, shots, Idon't care about them, I welcome them in fact, pain-wise, they don't compare to the time I signed up at my work about 10 years ago now to give blood for the bloodmobile out front our work and I ,at first, was fine in giving my pint of blood but then halfway thru, it was actually painful and then I went to nearly passing out 3/4 through or maybe only half before they had to stop. Oh , well, guess, it goes without saying, I have not given my AB+ blood to anyone since.

Congrats on being accepted to a college barring unhealthy scores on your SAT exams, study hard with 'Barrons' etc., littleChristone, starting now, the Lord leads, keep making music to His ears :)

It's the pressure of not knowing what to dress up as on Halloween. The trick is doing what my old church used to do. Because they still wanted to celebrate Halloween & give their kiddies that massive sugar rush, dress them up as some sort of sea creature or pixie, they invented Hallelujah Night! Dress up as a biblical character, sit around a bonfire singing various Sandi Patty, Rich Mullens, and Michael W. Smith songs, and overdose on cider & smores! Once you embrace your inner desire to christianize & celebrate Halloween under a new name, you will have no more evil dreams for the remainder of the Fall season. If that doesn't work, then maybe you need to return that copy of The Blair Witch Project back to Blockbuster & just suck up the late fees you owe young lady! :p

Hey, I'm 16 and I LOVE the Gaithers! Mark Lowry's my favorite.

And now I'm showing my parents' ages...uh-oh. I've pretty much guaranteed myself a grounding. LOL

Interesting dreams. I had bad dreams last night. One was kind of brutal. I blame it on the chocolate I had before bed, chocolate always gives me weird dreams, but I eat it anyway. I wonder if one's personality type (INFJ, ENTP, etc.) affects their usual type of dream?

Dreaming and sleep fascinate me.

It's been a really fun day so far. Took my niece, nephew, and daughter to the bank, the store, and the park. I learned today (which I should have realized before now) that it's very rare for parents and caretakers to join in the play at a park. I was running around, chasing the kids and playing with them. There weren't any other parents on the actual playground....and then someone commented that I looked like I was almost having more fun than the kids. What?! I like playing with them! lol Tonight we're going to watch a new movie we got today and decorate sugar cookies with sprinkles and frosting. :D Family days are the best!

It's a lay in bed and eat Zoodles kind of day. Rainy, cool and cloudy. AND I can learn about what each animal looks like before I eat 'em. Tomorrow will be a letters lesson brought to you by Alphagetti
