The Christian View of Halloween

Demon Worship of Canaan
The numerous false-gods of Canaan were actually demons following Satan, given the Semitic title Ba'al (Baal), which is roughly translated as lord and master.

Unbelieving Israelites often copied the pagan practices of Canaanites by offering sacrifices, in High Places and arboreal groves, to Baal demons. 2 Ki. 17:15-18 KJV, Jud. 2:11-13 KJV;
And they rejected his statutes, and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he testified against them; and they followed vanity, and became vain, and went after the heathen that were round about them, concerning whom the LORD had charged them, that they should not do like them. Elijah and the Priests of Baal
Faithful Prophets and rulers of Israel who destroyed the High Places and Canaanite demon idols were commended and blessed.
1 Kings 18 describes the epic confrontation between the Prophet Elijah and the blood-letting priests of Baal.
Despite this resounding defeat at the hands of a Prophet of God, the idolatrous worship of Canannite Baals gradually spread through heathen people of the world, with local adaptations.
It's exponents in Western Europe were the Gaelic-Celtic tribes, with their priestly Druids adding their own blend of magical incantations, spells, and fortune-telling, to keep people in bondage to sin.

Today, in the UK, there is a revival

Druid hot-beds occur in South West and Northern England, where local tree-hugging druids gather periodically for demon worship; in Cornwall, Stonehenge, at Pendle Hill, and Alderley Edge, to re-enact their pagan demonic religious ceremonies, and arboreal fornication.
I personally know professionals caught up in this outdoor demonic ritualism.
Proof of Druid Cannibalism in the UK
Archaeological evidence, that Celtic Druids in South West England indulged in ritualistic cannibalism, has been reported by the University of Bristol.
The University study states, "... the most interesting find was an adult human femur, which had been split longitudinally and the bone marrow scraped out. This practice, which cannot happen accidentally, is considered to be very good evidence of cannibalistic activity." "National Geographic" corroborated the scientific reports showing that the sacrificial victim of Druid priests, unearthed at Alveston, Gloucester, UK, was strangled, then his head was violently smashed. His long bones appear to have been broken open to consume the marrow.
Catholicism in Ireland
When the Roman Catholic cult spread its tentacles to Ireland, and Wales, they eagerly adapted their rituals to attract the native Baal worshippers to join their cult.
They simply recycled their Babylonian idolatry and shamanism to entice gullible Europeans into their form of thinly-veiled demon worship.
The occupying authorities, repelled by the prevalence of human sacrifice, outlawed it, and stamped out druidry, for a time, but it resurfaced after the Roman Empire collapsed.

The masterstroke of the Catholic cult was the transformation of one of the Catholic traditional "holy days", "All Saints Day", into a festival the Irish Celts could readily embrace.
Nominally "All Saints Day" was a time, each November, when dead Catholic "saints" were worshipped. It was used to promote the false-teaching of "purgatory", and extract payment of "indulgences" from their gullible flock. The event was re-named "All Hallows Evening" teaching adherents to venerate dead saints and relatives, and to appease "wandering spirits".
