I know we're not supposed to turn this into a dating forum, but I at least have to pop the question; are there any Messianic Jewish women out there or have they all been snatched up? I've seen some Messianic Jewish men on here, but only one woman in all my time here. Anyway if you have the time shoot me a pm. We're few and far between. At least this way we could get to know one another and stay connected to the body of Jewish believers.

Remember that thread I posted a while back about the mathematical likelihood of finding your special someone?

.5% or 1 out of every 200 people in the world are Jewish
Half of those (1/400) are female
I have no idea about this next statistic, but imagine how minuscule the percentage is of those who also believe in Jesus.

I'm not saying don't keep looking, but yeah. I'm a Jewish believer and I married a Christian girl who is not Jewish. And it's totally okay.

(I'm just teasin'. I've always wanted to use the word shiksa in conversation, but not being Jewish, and knowing very few Jewish people, when else could I do so?)

Eh. I'm stubborn, so I'd probably rather remain single for the rest of my life. Works for me. Might work for God, too. Who knows? Glad you found someone. I just think similar beliefs are important. Who decides what upbringing the kids have? Do they go to a Messianic Jewish synagogue when the Christian woman thinks that's a synagogue of Satan and they're slaves to old, useless laws? I've given these things some thought.
 
I was going to post a funny video about how Jewish people can't dance, but it was cruder than I remembered. You'll just have to imagine it. :p

There are plenty of women out there who would be fine raising kids according to your upbringing. Many women want the man to decide those things in general as part of the spiritual leadership role. In any case, remember Romans. "There is no difference between Jew and Gentile"
