Mat 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Mat 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Mat 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Sovereign, Sovereign, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Sovereign, Sovereign, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Mat 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
Mat 7:25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
Mat 7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
Mat 7:27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
Mat 7:28 And it came to pass, when Yahshua had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
Mat 7:29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

To Weishman, you said. "If the righteous are barely saved and that by grace," Do you know what you are saying? You are shaming the Almighty GRACE of GOD! You are saying , the thief on the cross was "barely" saved , because he had no time to build up his merits by his good works to get into Heaven with a good reward. He was saved by the skin of his teeth, because ,with only the GRACE of God we might not even make it to Heaven or Just get in because the GRACE of God really isn't enough to do a good joy of saving us without our works. I hope you made a mistake, and you do know better. The Grace of God is the power of God that transforms us to a holy living ,loving saint , a holy acting person in a moment of time. Love to all Hoffco

The thief on the cross knew Jesus was gods son he couldn't av earnt a place in paradise even he lived 400 yrs plus its impossible for me to nullify gods grace I'm a mere man I'm at the mercy of our lord not instructing him in wateva he does? Nonsense ? Stop being bothersome for no apparent reason for by grace are ye saved and even this is n not of yourself?

Going to heaven dnt make me laugh ? You think god needs us in heaven when he has tens of thousands of thousands that minister his work in the heavenlies not us not even with new bodies, no we are going to help teach learn and heal the world under the lords direction as he wills this will take time, organising, and a lot of gods people who are now in training for these very roles soon ahead? Why is The Lord need 1000 yrs to rule ? Even Jesus knows already he wnt change all human traits in days, it will take many many yrs even some rebellion will stay here on earth hence the judgements on nations that fail to go to Jerusalem yearly they shall have no rain? Amongst other things? Yes this is when our lord has returned so heaven I'm afraid is out of the question ? Who ever teaches stuff like that needs to re read gods words as to what is ahead for us my friend amen

A new heaven and earth is a renewing of the face of our current earth not a new planet? If god brought a new planet into our solar system our our galaxy the Milky Way would be in turmoil no life could exist ? God has never made a new planet in our system? Gen 1.v1/2 are a renewing of the earth after it was made desolate by rebellion, waste void bohu and tohu in old language darkness to light god recreates and renews he doesn't make new planets this far into his plan bt that's another topic bt we are most certainly not heaven bound no I'm afraid we are gna be busy busy busy creating as The Lord directs

Heaven is where the stars are which includes the galaxy, the milky way and everything else in space. Earth is the planet we now live in. New heaven and new earth - does it not mean a new universe? And that the new earth a new planet? I don't know where you are coming from but spirits are not bound by time so rebellion of spirits does not need time. No you are not off topic - see Jeremiah 33:20-26. In saying there's a gap between gen1:1 and 1:2, you are saying Yahweh did not create the heaven and the earth in seven days - that's against the law.

People in court would promise "very sincerely" to tell the truth
Magistrates are to debate whether do away with the swearing of oaths on the Bible and other holy books in courts in England and Wales.

Instead there would be a statement in which people would promise "very sincerely" to tell the truth.

Supporters say many people have become indifferent to the Bible but opponents believe it strengthens evidence.

The practice is so old that it is not clear whether it is simply custom or if Parliament would have to change it.

For centuries, magistrates have dispensed justice in England and Wales, and relied on the Bible to force people to tell them the truth.

Its moral force was unquestioned, placing intense pressure on witnesses to tell the truth.

The oath, still sworn by witnesses and defendants as they hold a copy of the Bible, has given the English language one of its most familiar sentences.

"I swear by Almighty God, to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

Other faiths can take the oath on their own holy books - Muslims on the Koran, Jews on the Old Testament, for example.

But the Magistrates' Association - which represents three-quarters of the 23,000 magistrates in England and Wales - is to debate a proposal to banish all holy books and oaths to "Almighty God".

'Sent to prison'

The plan has been put forward by a Bristol magistrate, Ian Abrahams, who claims many people are no more likely to tell the truth after using it to swear an oath.

He believes what is needed is a greater sense of how seriously lying in court is treated.

Mr Abrahams' alternative oath would include an acknowledgement of the duty to tell the truth.

"I understand that if I fail to do so, I will be committing an offence for which I will be punished and may be sent to prison."

His plan is opposed by other lawyers, such as Nick Freeman, a solicitor who often represents clients in magistrates' courts.

"Evidence must be strengthened if people swear on religious texts," says Mr Freeman.

"The way you stamp out lying under oath is to punish people who do so, not to get rid of the religious oath.

"By changing it you are depriving people with a religious faith of the chance to reinforce their evidence by swearing on their religious text."

Secular promise

Church leaders have also spoken out against any change, insisting that Christian belief is still widespread and the Bible has considerable meaning for many who give evidence in court.

They point out that there is already a non-religious "affirmation" that can be sworn by people who choose to do so.

Earlier this year, the Guides decided to strip all religious content from the promise made by its members and replace it with an entirely secular one.

But earlier this month, the Scouts opted to keep their pledge to "do my duty to God" and simply to introduce an alternative version for non-believers.

If a simple majority of the 200 or so magistrates attending the association's annual general meeting in Cardiff vote to end oaths on holy books the proposal would still need to be confirmed by the 12-member board of trustees before it became the organisation's official policy.

Oaths sworn on the Bible are old enough for the Magistrates' Association to be unsure whether they are mere custom and practice or whether they were laid down by law.

So, whatever the decision in Cardiff, it might need the approval of Parliament to bring the change about.and you wonder why Britain is in disarray as a nation ???, The Lord built Britain and he will bring it low, shame on my country for abandoning gods word shame on us , lord you know who are yours here in this land, forgive us lord ? When perverse people rule perverse rules proceed? Same with people? Perverse people in power , perverse judgement proceeds, come lord Jesus..

What law of two witness is that friend
I was referring to Deut 17:6 and the like. No one shall be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
No, I'm not your friend if you are Christian.
You are my brother - does not matter how limited our understandings in Him are.

Don't be too quick to condemn - unless you know it all.
What does Rev 21:1 refer to if not the whole universe?
Gen 1:1-2 If the Lord told you that could it be verified by the scripture?
Psalm 104:30 very well. Is there another verse? Well, please read Rev 21:1 again.
Holy Spirit - be sure to verify with the scripture whether it's the Holy Spirit.
Would the Holy Spirit move one to broken sentences which are hard to decipher?
Sleep on it and think it though. Good night.

Where is Jesus and where do we Christians go when we die? Heaven. Acts 1:11 "...This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into Heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven." See also: Acts 2:33 & 5:30-31 Jesus said in Jh. 14:3-6 "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also..." am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." Jesus promised to take us to the Father and to where He is. Where is Jesus and where is the Father? In Heaven. Jesus promised to take us to Heaven where the Father dwells and where He is today. How can anyone say, We don't go to Heaven? More to follow. Love to all, Hoffco

What is the fullness of the Gentiles? What does it mean. And what is its mystery? Lookin forward to your view?
"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins" (Ro.11:25-27).

Ephraim is the fulness of the Gentiles. When we of Ephraim come in it is simultaneously the fulness of the Gentiles (melo hagoyim) AND ALL Israel...represented in both houses of Israel, one a visible nation, and the other a spiritual nation.

Concerning Ephraim and the blessing of Israel (Jacob)....

Gen 48:19 And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations.
(actually it says melo hagoyim which means a fulness of Gentiles or nations) This is what Paul was referring to in Romans 11:25!

This shows that Israel is also a congregation of Gentiles (nations)...not just a physical nation.

Gen 35:10 And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
Gen 35:11 And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;

A Company of nations is kehal goyim which can mean a "church of Gentiles" or nations. So Israel is NOT just a physical marker but also a spiritual one.

All of Israel is saved.. Israel is the true church, Jesus' church, not the physical country. We are in the new covenant, God's law is written on our hearts, He is our God and we are His people. Anyone who accepts Christ is a part of Israel, anyone who rejects Christ is not a part of Israel. Ethnicity is of no importance.

Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Heb 8:6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Heb 8:9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
Heb 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

What is the "old that is ready to vanish away"? For nearly 2000 years, Christians have insisted it is the doing away with God's Torah/Instructions. But is that what it really means? No, what is "old that is ready to vanish away" was the Temple, which Christ foretold would be destroyed, and it was in 70 AD. All sacrifices haved stopped!! Jesus was the perfect and final Passover Lamb.

Does that mean, as many claim, that God's Ten Commandments are legalism and too burdensome? Does that mean that God changed His mind about what is clean animals and good for food versus what is unclean and is not good for food? Does that mean that God's Feasts are ended? Does God's Instructions on how to live a "clean and holy" life have been nailed to the cross?

I must leave you here for you and your personal relationship with God the Father and Jesus/Yeshua His Son is personal and private. I prayed that the Holy Spirit would give me these answers and I have them answered and live my life according to the Whole Word of God, the entire Bible. May God Bless each of you and remember this....

Psa 119:105 NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

If Jesus is now in Heaven and wants us to be with Him, He must plan to take us to the Father's house in Heaven. right? OK. Let's read more to confirm this theory. 1Thess. 4:14-17 vs. 16-17 "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord."n Why would Jesus "catch us up" if He wasn't going to take us to Heaven? v. 14 "God will bring with Him those sleep with in Jesus." Who is coming "with Him" The soul/spirit of all the Christian dead are with Jesus, and Jesus will bring them with Him to get their new resurrection body. What does it mean "those asleep with Jesus".? Actually it is a planet. It has mountains and streams and streets. But the Father will transfer His headquarters to Earth as in Revelation.
