Claymation freaks me out! I think it started the first time I saw Bumble, the abominable snowman, come over the mountain in "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer."

Or maybe it had something to do with that goody goody Davey and his brain damaged dog, Goliath.

Clowns don't bother me, but runny eggs - when the funny little white part that is attached to the yolk is still all goopy...THAT freaks me out.

Hmmmmm, now you're talking! Sunny-side up eggs with soft yoke. They always told me that eating those eggs and raw cookie dough would be the death of me. Ha, still standing.

That Nautilus' roommates have an encyclopedia of serial killers

And chocolate covered gummy bears (Who would do that??? *insert sound effect from Psycho shower scene here*)
But most killers aren't into learning about other killers. Which was a surprise to me at first, but then it made sense once i learned more. Seems likely if you're into that stuff you're not likely to do it. o.o

Funny you should mention that. :) In my years of studying criminal justice/criminal profiling, I've come across a lot of test questions re: the likelihood of someone becoming a serial killer. On a couple of them, I would have answered the same way. :/

The flying monkeys are creepy. I saw the latest OZ and they were bigger and scarier.

I just asked my kids if they wanted to go to the circus when it's here in a couple of weeks. My son said, "Yes, as long as there aren't any clowns." Uh, they've never been to the circus before.

I'm not afraid of clowns, I guess they're a little creepy or can be. I had no idea he didn't like clowns. I think they're funny.

Why do clowns freak people out? Do they freak you out? Bee's freak me out, big hairy spiders and the IRS, but clowns no.

What freaks you out?
butterflies

Don't laugh at me, I am serious

I love trees. I love water. BUT, at night, they creep me out, especially when light is shined onto them. Just too many shadows and things from the trees, and with water, it's just so dark....you couldn't pay me enough (well, you probably could, but you get the point) to swim at night in a body of water.

When pictures of dogs/cats/whatever are Photoshopped to have human eyes, or smiles, even if it's meant to be funny and not creepy, just creeps me out.

Things wrong with the mouth. Jaws hanging open (wider than normal, like they were cut open), mouths sewn shut...*shudders*

The Jigsaw doll. One time in college, my friends knew this so they went into my dorm room and put a Jigsaw doll mask on my BELOVED STUFFED UNICORN and when I came in and saw it I was horrified.

I do have to admit that the sound of the skull saws at autopsies kinda make my skin crawl...
I just can't imagine why! I mean, if I'm sitting in forensics and hear that little air driven circular saw sounding a little like a weed eater in Oompaville slice into the thin bone making that tiny rpm deviation in sound when it 'goes a little too far in' is practically MUSIC TO MY EARS!

When I was little we had gas space heaters in every room. Well, my sister had a bunch of dolls and practically all of them made me uncomfortable, but a couple just freaked me out. One was a some kind of realistic doll that looked like a grown girl that was taller than me (I could hear her little plastic shoes tapping across the floor at night) and another was a baby doll who's eyes clicked open too fast when you held it upright. It somehow paused a second with its eyes shut then CLICK its eyes were open. It was hideous.

None though were like the rubber doll she left on the space heater. I could it smell its rubber flesh burning and I picked it up off the heater and ...........

Snakes—any kind—which is hard to avoid living in Texas
Swimming by myself anywhere—even in pools—because I am terrified of sharks
Someone whispering or breathing near the back of my neck.

I'm thinking I might do a little shark fishing this weekend
