prprincesa The Antichrist is already here. It has been for over 2000 years. You have to understand many of the verses in the bible in order to understand why I say it is here and always has been since Jesus left.
What has happened is the antichrist, being a spirit, has lead many people away from what the bible says about it. Read 1 John real good, there you will see that the antichrist is those who were once with those who followed Jesus and the apostles but left to form their own religion and ways.
This is one reason, among many, why some believe the "antichrist" will come from the catholic church. But in reality, it is in all the churches and not one single religion as none really follow Jesus or do the things he did.
The "man of sin" spoken of in Daniel IS NOT the antichrist like so many scholars have been teaching. The man of sin is none other than Satan, provable by many scriptures starting in Isaiah and continuing to the book of Revelation.
What differs the "man of sin" from the "antichrist" is that the antichrist will be cast into the bottomless pit upon the return of Jesus for the millennium. Satan will also be cast into the bottomless pit, but he will be released after the 1000 years are up.
The antichrist will not be released, only Satan. Therefore we have two distinct entities and they are not one in the same.
After the millennium is up, as you can read in chapter 20 of the book of Revelation, you will see where Satan gathers Gog and Magog to do battle against the saints. This is the war that Ezekiel talks about in chapter 38 and 39, and it is the war that everyone is saying will happen before Jesus returns, when in fact it will not happen until after the millennium.

Jesus is the water of life. While it is God that gives us spirit, Jesus is the one who ultimately decides who lives and who will not live during the millennium. The water is not physical water or baptism.
After the millennium will come the second and third offer of salvation, hence the reason Jesus and Peter were tempted three times, the three times of denial and the three times of acceptance by Peter coinside. Thus: "pray that your flight be not in the winter or the Sabbath." Indicating that your flight must be now, not later.
Your flight is your slavation time. The first chosen will receive life now and live during the millennium, after that is the winter followed by the Sabbath day. That is why Jesus said to pray that your flight IS NOT during this time period. Read chapter 20 in Revelation as it points out the other two resurrections, one in the winter (after the war) and the other on the Day of Judgement. (the Sabbath)
The law of Moses has nothing to do with salvation. You make these claims but don't bother to actually provide any dates or other references to allow people to check their validity out themselves. Which historians should we look at?

I don't think that's actually your call. In fact, I seem to recall the scriptures saying something to the effect that God is the one who chooses. And for some odd reason I don't think He would think that it's something to be glad about. Do you think He enjoys sending people to Hell?

It is far more important that you seek our Lord Jesus than seeking the anti-christ. Do not worry so about what is against you as Jesus is your shield. Again, I fail to see how the devil can appreciate it when we make the sign of his defeat and invoke the Trinity.
I was baptized by immersion at a Protestant church after accepting Jesus into my heart at the age of 8 years old. I grew to love the scriptures after watching the example of my beloved grandmother, a very devout Southern Baptist woman. It was through my love of the scriptures and history that the Lord led me to the Catholic Church. I have yet to find a church more devoted to the Lord Jesus and the scriptures, and trust me, I've been to quite a few.
Thankyou for understanding that my words were out of heartfelt concern and not to criticize. I see your concerns about the catholic church. But the mark does not fit with the catholic ash mark. As the mark of the antichrist has to do with buying and selling. I was raised catholic but chose to move more towards a more bible baced faith as I saw much that was not supportive of a real relationship in Jesus. Although much of the docterine in the catholic church is based in wisdom. As I have looked at many different churches I have found that each has its own misguided rules. Mostly because people are not perfect and their mistakes are many. My faith is based in Our Lord Jesus and his word and that is the true church. About baptism, I was baptised in the catholic church and when I was baptised they removed clothing and rested you in the water and also poured it over you. I beliveve I am baptised but have put the question before Jesus and trust he will tell me if I need a redo. I was told by one that my baptism was not valid, I have not been against a redo but my heart tells me that it would be a lie to say that it was not valid. I know some will debate this but if I choose to redo my baptism it will be because Jesus has told me to. If you feel that I am wrong then pray for me about it as I always obey what Jesus puts on my heart. My second concern is that you are so against the catholic church. I only want to caution you that when we judge in faith we must always be careful that we do not bring that judgement apon ourselves. It is not wrong to point out that which is against Gods word, But do consider that if you call what Our Lord Jesus knows are his followers antichrists, he may not be too happy about it. I learned this the hard way and although I praise Jesus for lessons learned having his justice brought to you is a well learned lesson better avoided. I believe a better lesson on the corruption of his churches is better taught through his word and love. Not condemnation. That belongs to Our Lord God. Another thought, more often the wars led by Our Lord God throughout the bible were won with singing, music and praise. There were some that were hand fought but more through faith and praise. Also Jesus is more concerned that we win souls than driving them away. If I have said anything that is not supported by his word please let me know. I am more a word of heart in faith and with my dislexia I do sometimes make mistakes. Thank goodness Jesus is faithfull and teaches through his Spirit, I am greatful for this tutor in his word. Job 38:4-7 Notice: "all" the sons of God shouted with joy, not just one.
John 3:16 says that God sent his only "begotten" son, it does not say that he sent his only son. Jesus is not the only son of God. Jesus is not God either less you are saying that Jesus has children like what was just said in the book of Job.
