what is the worst excuse you have gotten as to wwhy some can't go out with you? Do girls still says its cuz theiy have to warsh their hair?
 
I don't know if this was a legit reason, or he just got his buddy to go along with it. I was supposed to have a 'second date' with a guy my friend had set me up with. Nothing happened, because he said his cousin had had an accident and he was going out of town to see her in the hospital.

Yeah happens all the time...

I'm usually giving lame excuses, I don't really "go out" much at all. IDK I have to really see something before I "go out".
 
why cant boy and girl relationships just be straight when it comes to the time of make or break, its just lies at the end
 
SO FAR I HAVEN'T HAD TO COME UP WITH ANY LAME EXCUSES. I TRY TO BE GENTLE, BUT HONEST. THAT'S NOT ALWAYS EASY.
 
They tells me they can't go out with me because they've never met me, and that it's weird that I just go up to random people at the grocery store and ask them out. What do they know?
 
My life has been, thankfully, pretty free of drama, but one time in college I got up the courage to ask a girl out to a movie. She said she couldn't because she had a test to study for that night. So I made other plans... went up to the college observatory to look thru the telescope. It was kinda dark in there (for which I am grateful) but I saw the girl I asked out there with another guy, and she saw me too. That was, umm... unpleasant. Like a scene from a teen movie.
 
the dumbest excuse i got was that she couldn't stand my personality, didn't think our lives were compatible, didn't find me attractive, couldn't stand my family and thought we had nothing in common. i mean what is with people these days.....can't they just be honest?

Sounds like a beat around the bush way to say. I really don't like you!!
 
Ok ive always just went out on the date but I always had my buddy ready to place the Emergency call during the date. that way if it was bad id have a reason to leave it. haha, Not cool i know. :)
 
yeah, I just have to text SAVE ME' and my friend will call me. Haven't had to use it lately, though.
 
Im not sure if this is really dumb or just interesting, but when I was younger a girl broke up with me after a short time saying i was to nice.
 
Girls don't wanna date nice guys. They wanna go out with the bad boys.

Girls break up with bad boys 'cause they aren't nice guys.

So....

Girls just don't know what they want.
 
Daffy girls like that really make me mad I want to put blue dye in their showerhead and tissues through her laundry or plastic wrap over their toilet bowl or something as pay back for people who don't like "nice guys". Then when she's seen my bad side she can think about whether she wants to re-think that remark or not.

You shouldn't have to work up courage to ask out a girl, if your heart is in the right place the courage will come from God. You shouldn't go around asking girls out all of the time, almost like a salesman approach to dating, it's thoughtless. I think dating is for people who settle for a bad story. You shouldnt just try people on for size, in any capacity. I believe in Jesus for the fulfillment of deep desires, and He never does anything shabilly. He always exceeds expectations. So dont try to make it happen yourself. It simply will not work......Just do what you know God is telling you to do and His blessings will over take you. At 26 I have seen many cheap stories and only a few extrordinary ones...i think the trick is a pure heart and being patient. When You really love Jesus more than Life itself...the needs fade away in His Glory anyways. Focus on Him, He's where it's at anyways!!
 
I think it was something along the lines of " Sorry I don't go out with guys who have more hairspray in their hair than me". Go figure. She was kinda mean anyway :P j/k
