I'm not sure if it would be wise to force someone against their will.

I would not say it should be banned, I don't think it is a bad thing, but like a lot of things it can be used too much and then has negative results, it's more a question of making sure people have the right attitude towards it and don't see it as a way to compensate for a lack of confidence.

Most people I have met who use a lot of cosmetics end up looking worse for it because they go too far and it creates an artiicial look that just strikes me as unnatural, but many times I see women use just a little and it does enhance their beauty, and I don't think threre's anything wrong with looking your best.

At least it beats people constantly arguing on here. Lord knows there's way too much of that. However I agree, people should worry less about make up being an issue, and more about important things. At the same time, nothing wrong with expressing your opinion or asking questions. *sigh of relief* so glad this is a break from bickering!

Makeup should NOT be banned just cuz its some peoples OPINIONS that its gross or ugly or smelly...etc. It just depends on the person wearing it or not wearing it! I for example, love it! Im naturally a creative person... love 2 draw, paint, so I luv experimenting with my makeup, trying different ways of applying it, different colors... thats just my thing, & I have alot of fun with it. Other people wouldnt wear the stuff if u paid them 2 & thats ok 2! Whatever floats ur boat people! Dont b hatin on others over something so trivial! God bless!

Mahogony: if everyone looks better with make -up, what does that say about yours (and everyone else who agrees with that)s view on people created that way by God? - Didn't he make us perfect in the first place?
That's a good point, but if God made us perfect in the first place, why do all these women wear makeup and guys hit the gym ( and yes some guys wear makeup too), cosmetic surgery too ehh ?

aaaaaaaand a virgin.
So if you wear a lot of make up, then you can't be a virgin?

I think that is silly! I have been wearing make up for most special occasions, or else I almost never used any make up. And I have always been a virgin untill I married, I am Very Proud about that! And most girls/ladies that truly depend on God will also remain virgins till they marry.

I'm pretty sure she meant it'll be hard to find a woman who has all those qualities and is a virgin as well.

The correct answer is YES.

Why?

Becuase it makes me want to vomit, that's why!

Whoever you are, woman or man, YOU DON'T NEED IT!

If you don't like the way you look, the worst thing you can do to yourself is put paint all over your face.

It's just so gross!!!!!!!

I hate the way lip gloss shines when the light hits it. I hate the way eye shadow leaks when it gets wet. I hate the way foundation comes off and you can see two different face colours. And I HATE fake nails! And I HATE the way all of this stuff smells! Its nauseating!!! HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE!

If you wear makeup, please tell me why you think you need it, and I'll tell you why you don't.

Sharp.
I don't wear the stuff ('Cuz I am a man) This isn't a big deal. If she wears it right, you don't really notice it.

I think they should ban tongue studs, and tattoos instead

I hit the gym b/c I like being healthy and strong. Improved physique is a bi product of this. so is a healthy heart, lungs, and good legs that don't get tired.

Another thing that needs to be banned is high heels.

There is no better way to make feet look even worse than they already do than squashing them into a tight space and fixing them at an awkward angle. I really don't see the appeal. It also makes the wearer look fragile and unstable. Yuk.
