I just wanted to know if anyone likes this painting? I just finished this one week ago. It is in acrylic medium on stretched canvas. I used my 29 year old son as the model. Thanks for your feed back.
Thank you for your feed back AsifinPassing. I am talking to God about trying to make a living with my art work. So feedback is very important to me at this time. I am 53 years old and got caught in the really bad economy and my son and family are encouraging me to try with my art work. I am praying about a miracle of finances to scrounge up money to make Giclee prints of the art work. Then I could sell prints. Any way thanks again for the input.

Your art work is very good! Very life-like. The only thing that occurred to me is that I don't remember ever seeing other angels with mustaches. I guess it is possible. It's like we always see Jesus with a full beard. I wonder why such choices were made?
I think that any artwork is good if it can draw out emotions from the audience. That is why my favorite songs are those that cause an emotional reaction, happy or sad. All three of your pictures did just that, hungry, hopeful, and then intrigued.
