I was able to see my 4 year old niece today. That was nice to spend time with her :)

Today I am going to a place where the floor is all trampolines and part of the walls are, too.

I'm a little scared (haven't been on a trampoline since...a long time, and I tend to accidentally hurt myself, so there's that) but mainly, I'm reaaaaallly psyched. :D
I think those are called Skyview or Skyzone (it's Sky-something lol). We have one of those in Ohio, somewhere, too. I've never been, but I've heard it's fun. :D I hope you had fun, Rachel!!

Looks like bright lights, no city, pippynotlongstocking, and, you'd have to know the name of a Michael J Fox movie of yesteryear to get that kind of humor . But, it's truth too, it does look like a secluded place with a lot of ambience (can ambience be 'bright light?') and there does not look to be a peeoples in sight :D

Books and movies with any sort of romance are horrible. I can do without a reminder.

You can forget yourself. It's a strange thing, really, and there are many catalysts waiting to help you along. So, what's it gonna be then? Can you remember, or have you forgotten? Food for thought.

While I don't necessarily agree, I certainly can relate. Most make me quite sad these days...and many days before.

I had a short dream last night. In it someone said something like "Well, He IS the God of small comfort, after all". Then I woke up. Within a few seconds I said to myself "Hey, no, that's not how the verse goes! He's the God of ALL comfort!" Hence the sig change, and thank You, Jesus :).

An old crush I had (I liked him for sooooo long. It was only about a year or two ago that I got over him) just got a girlfriend. It feels odd. Not heartbroken...just...weird. Maybe it's because for so long I imagined him with me, not someone else, until a year or two ago. So now he actually is with someone else, it feels a bit weird, but I'm happy for him.

Teaching Sunday school was interesting today. One boy kept saying there was a ghost in the room. After interrupting me for the tenth time, my daughter said, " There are no ghosts in here, in this room we teach peace. Ghosts don't like peace, so they aren't here." I think she's wise for a seven year old.

Good for her. :) It's probably just some post-Halloween hype, since Halloween was just 3 days ago. I would have prayed over the room after Sunday School was over, just to be safe, though.

There was a cabinet that wouldn't stay shut. A hinge is broke. So after he messed with it, he said there was a ghost. But yes post Halloween stuff. Also he likes attention, so he does his best to get it. Sweet kid, just at home with two younger siblings and probably feels a little attention starved.

I just had to turn a pair of gloves right-side out. I flipped the palm right-side out, and then shook the glove to put the fingers right. Only one of the fingers succeeded, and if you could hear how hard I laughed, you would know which one it was. Unintentional hilarity of the day.
