–I'm only making this other post because I can't edit the last one anymore–
We went from having a nice, sunny day yesterday, to snowing. I'm glad my best friend decided to use yesterday to go on a walk.
So, here's a little story I'm excited to share. Yesterday morning, about 6:30am, me, my older sister, my younger sister, and my mom, went on a walk with my best friend, to see the sun rise.
My older sister has been courting my best friend for nigh on 2 years now, so of course, they were talking between themselves while my younger sister, my mom and I had a blast talking about nothing important.
We got up on the hill we were going to watch the sunrise from, and my best friend asked I had my camera, I showed him my camera and he smiled and walked away. Well, my best friend had promised that this sunrise was going to be different, and so we waited. Nothing spectacular happened, the clouds didn't change colors, it was a little chilly out, beings the sun hadn't warmed anything up yet. Finally, we realized there wouldn't be much of a sunrise, and so we teased my best friend about his prediction that it would be different this time.
He pulled me aside and asked me to turn my camera on, and of course, me being myself, I had to tease him and tell him there wasn't a sunrise to take a picture of but I turned it on anyway. He left me and took my sister by the hand and proposed to her right then and there, and of course, she said yes, or I wouldn't be sharing :p I did get pictures, but they all turned out blurry. But it was a memorable event :) I'm so happy for the two of them :)
Is that TJ, imaHiswildthing? Firebug on cc ?

anyway, the Lord leads, that's nice how that worked and the Lord is going to work out your situation, too, however He does ,He will, submit to Him , ima always praying for ya, milady, blueseraphin :)

Well, they aren't permanent so one day i will need another. But i had two people offer and then rescind their offer, so i'm pretty much not trusting those offers anymore.
Hey, you don't gotta trust it......I probably wouldn't either if someone randomly offered me a kidney on the Internet....lol. If you ever need one though just send me a pm that says "Gimme Dat Kidney"....only one way to find out.

Ahhhhhh! This one co-worker is driving me up the wall, with his lack of common sense, attention to detail and problem solving. He doesn't read any of my memos maybe cus I am not 'in authority'. So bloody lazy, does the most minimal work possible.

I've been caring less about wearing eye makeup, mainly because I am too lazy in the morning. Perhaps I don't need it? Years ago when women wouldn't wear makeup still were married, were still attractive. I know some of my girlfriends that don't wear make up have guys pursue them. Are guys shy around girls that wear makeup? I mentioned this months ago, but I had to run out to the store one night, my hair in a messy ponytail and without eye makeup as I was doing some work around the house and didn't care, but I had guys smile at me when I was at the store.

That 'easy way' that he is referring to means the lazy person having someone else do it for him

Nah, not always. I can be lazy at times and find easier ways to do things. That's all.

I don't mean for this to sound weird but, most women wear too much makeup. Too Much makeup just screams desperate, materialistic and shallow. Especially around the eyes.

I often catch myself talking to married women at the grocery store, because they are care free. Hair is sort of just up, sweats are on, wine in one hand, ice cream in the other.

We talk and they aren't trying to impress me or play games. They laugh at my jokes and smile. And then I see the ring.

Now when I run into a woman at the store and she seems supremely comfortable with herself, I just assume she is married.

Single women have this sort of hungry eagle eye, war face. Like talking to them, is an experience in meeting unspoken expectations. Or I'm being sized up like a Salmon in the stream.

I even ran into a girl in a gas station the other day who dropped what she was buying squeaked and ran away, cause she didn't want me to see her without makeup on. I was like, "Hi..... okay then."

The choice to visit my dad or not has been taken away from me; he was flown to another hospital, further away. And the situation I'm in, I don't have the option to drive too far. I need to...I need to find a way. Have to.

The only report I've gotten on how he's doing is that he's in very bad shape and requested that my aunt pray for him. He's not a religious man.

My dad's scared. And that scares me.

Please, no replies to this- I'm just getting it out, is all.

UPDATE ON THIS

I talked to Cristen and she ok'd me to let you guys know her father passed. She did not get to see him first. Which sounds bad, but shes not sure it was for the best for her own reasons. So please keep her in prayer.

I'm liking in agreeing to pray, not the loss. Not sure if I needed to clairify that...

I think that's just for blood. Because there are so many other factors to consider with matches, so it has to be more particular. I was lucky, mine was such a good match and took so well it was almost as good as getting it from a living donor. It was a higher than average match from a random person.
