It's almost like how I began. My fellow Christians named me much worse. I was challenged day in and day out and finally got invited out of the church. It was hard but then it was sweet.
I thought you kept longer than that.
To date although I love to keep all the more, I still challenge myself examining scripture the opposite side quoted. Trying best to ignore the harsh words directed to me as much as possible though.
I have not told my siblings. (all Sunday church goers) I pray God gives me words to say when the time comes. Thank you sister for your encouragement and kind words.:) Many good people go to church on Sunday, I have no fight with them. I trust the Savior to show them as I was shown. More than ever I need to live like Christ.

Since you seem to notice so much about me, I will confess, I know some about you. And honestly I owe you a big thank you for shining light on truth to me. It was in a thread about the Sabbath where the Sabbath keepers demonstrated such love and patience, and peace. You posted on that same thread hateful and disrespect for what Christ actually said. It was then I wanted to fully be convinced of what the Word really says. Since I understood, you have said I drink koolaid, and suggest I am a blind person and have attacked me directly. Now I know. There is nothing you can say to me that is of any concern to me, so why do you bother? Who am I that you should care what I believe?. And if you sincerely think that your sharp tongue wins anyone for Christ, you are right, it does. But not in the way you may want. For I want nothing that you have.
Yeah... sure... uh-huh. Is this how sleeper cells work?

First it was this innocent sounding question about a verse mentioning commandments.

Does anybody understand this verse?
Revelation 12:17 ...'And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.'
Can you break it down and explain?
Then another verse on commandments to soften up the audience:

Again, different words.
Revelation 14:12 ...'Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.'
One more for good measure before springing the deception:

Her's another..
Revelation 22:14 ...'Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.'
Then in the very next post the pretense of waking up - OH GOSH! I NEVER REALIZED THIS BEFORE!

Revelation 11:19 ...'And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.' ...

What is in the Heavenly ark? God's eternal law, the Ten Commandments!

Why do men teach that we have liberty to ignore the 10 Commandments? that we will be lead by spirit only. Why is the Sabbath Day Rest tossed out? Do they confuse that 7th day with other sabbaths, so toss 'em all out?

I have been so blind! Why did I not see this before? Because everybody goes to church on Sunday? Sun Day?

Wake up people! Let us wake up! Everybody wonderin what the "mark of the beast is", or some are convinced it is a form of identification.....well it is!!! it's written in your heart, the 10 commandments!!! it's on your hand-what you do with what is in your mind!
Then this after - what - 1 week?

How obedience to Sabbath affects my walk with Christ is more powerful than anything I can put into words. When you read about things of the Bible it is understanding on a beginning level. When you walk in the way the truth and the life it has power beyond just reading about it and thinking happy thoughts. It is total dependence on God to provide, it is rest to withstand slings and arrows of the enemy. It has power to help the saints endure.
You've been into this a lot longer than one week.

phony...

Oh btw zone, in one of the above quotes she links worship on Sunday with the mark of the beast.

Herose, I forgot to mention, thank you for saying I sound practiced in discussion about Sabbath. I have done little else than to study scripture and pray/ to date I have kept only 2 Sabbaths. I have my proof that, that sacred time worshiping God on His Holy Day is a gift to the believer. God has poured out spiritual truth to me thru His Word. Things I didn't understand before was made clear. I finally have peace. You were a big part in my knowing the truth.
IMO you're a phony.

But,but, but they were GENTILES not Jews,so how did they know how to keep the Sabbath?
we're not told.
isn't that odd?
we're not told.....

just seems like Paul is really ticked off that they were listening to the Judaizers.

Galatians 4
9But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again? 10You observe days and months and seasons and years. 11I fear for you, that perhaps I have labored over you in vain.

...

Verse 10. - Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years (ἡμέρας παρατηρεῖσθε, καὶ μῆνας καὶ καιρούς καὶ ἐνιαυτούς); days ye are intent on observing, and months, and seasons, and years. In the compound verb παρατηρεῖν, the prepositional prefix, which often denotes "amiss," seems rather, from the sense of "at one's side," to give the verb the shade of close, intent observation. This may be shown by the circumstances to be of an insidious character; thus the active παρατηρεῖν in Mark 3:2; Luke 6:7; Luke 14:1; Acts 9:24, and the middle παρατηροῦμαι, with no apparent difference of sense, in Luke 20:20.

Josephus uses the verb of "keeping the sabbath days" ('Ant.,' 3:05, 8), and the noun παρατήρησις τῶν νομίμων, for "observance of the things which are according to the laws" ('Ant.,' 8:03, 9). The accumulation of nouns with the reiterated "and," furnishing another example of the δεινότης of St. Paul's style, betokens a scornfully impatient mimesis.

These reactionaries were full of festival-observing pedantry - "days," "new moons," "festivals," "holy years," being always on their lips. The meaning of the first three of the nouns is partially suggested by Colossians 2:16, "Let no man judge you... in respect of a feast day, or a new moon, or a sabbath day (ἑορτῆς νουμηνίας, σαββάτων);" in which passage, we may observe, there is a similar tone of half-mocking mimesis; where the same ideas are apparently presented, but in a reverse order. Comp. also 2 Chronicles 8:13, Offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles."

The "days," then, in the present passage, we may suppose, are the sabbath days, together perhaps with the two fast days every week which the Jewish tradition prescribed (Luke 18:12). The "months" point to the new moons, the observance of which might occasion to these Gentiles considerable scope for discussion in adjusting themselves to the Jewish calendar, different no doubt from the calendar they had been hitherto used to.

The "seasons" would be the annual festivals and fasts of the Jews, not only the three prescribed by the Levitical Law, but also certain others added by tradition, as the Feasts of Purim and of Dedication. So far we appear to be on tolerably sure ground.

The fourth item, "years," may refer either to the sabbatical year (Leviticus 25:2-7), which at any rate latterly the Jews had got to pay much attention to (1 Macc. 6:49, 53; Josephus, 'Ant.,' 14:10, 6; also 14:16, 2; Tacitus, 'Hist.,' 5:4); or possibly the jubilee years, one such fiftieth year, it might be, falling about this time due. Bengel ('Gnomon') supposes that a sabbatical year might be being held A.D. , to which date he assigns this Epistle; while Wieseler ('Chronicles Synops.,' p. 204, etc., referred to by Bishop Lightfoot) offers a similar conjecture for the year A.D. autumn to A.D. autumn. Very striking is the impatience which the apostle manifests in overhearing as it were the eager discussions occupying the attention of these foolish Galatian Judaizers. - PULPIT

GOD himself will strengthen you in your deception.
This is classic of how God's Word has been twisted. You are deceived if you love God's commandments? Sorry herose, that makes no sense. You make no sense. I won't respond to you on this anymore. Post some funny cartoons now if you like.

British-Israelism is laughable cult, one part of the assault on the Christian faith.
Armstrongism is alive and well.

Romans 2:29

King James Version (KJV)

29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

You might want to put within the whole context of that passage

Romans 2

17 Now you, if you call yourself a Jew; if you rely on the law and boast in God; 18 if you know his will and approve of what is superior because you are instructed by the law; 19 if you are convinced that you are a guide for the blind, a light for those who are in the dark,20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of little children, because you have in the law the embodiment of knowledge and truth—21 you, then, who teach others, do you not teach yourself? You who preach against stealing, do you steal? 22 You who say that people should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? 23 You who boast in the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law? 24 As it is written: “God’s name is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.”[b]
25 Circumcision has value if you observe the law, but if you break the law, you have become as though you had not been circumcised. 26 So then, if those who are not circumcised keep the law’s requirements, will they not be regarded as though they were circumcised? 27 The one who is not circumcised physically and yet obeys the law will condemn you who, even though you have the[c] written code and circumcision, are a lawbreaker.
28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.

Ezekiel 21

24 “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because you people have brought to mind your guilt by your open rebellion, revealing your sins in all that you do—because you have done this, you will be taken captive.
25 “‘You profane and wicked prince of Israel, whose day has come, whose time of punishment has reached its climax, 26 this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Take off the turban, remove the crown. It will not be as it was: The lowly will be exalted and the exalted will be brought low. 27 A ruin! A ruin! I will make it a ruin! The crown will not be restored until he to whom it rightfully belongs shall come; to him I will give it.’

oh look...here's that pesky little Book again.
you know the one.

Galatians 6
14But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whichb the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 15For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. 16And as for all who walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.

Red letters are the words of Jesus Christ.

Matt 12:2-4 But when the Pharisees saw [it], they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day. But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him; How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?
