VCO I take that as a complement lol... they treated Jesus the same way when he told them the truth. But I would like to correct you on one thing friend. Everything I posted about the matrix has nothing to do with my doctrinal beliefs. I'm just trying to help you see that your views don't come from the bible. If John Hagee or John McArthur or Tim Lehay or whoever it is that you listen to hadn't told you that the Antichrist confirms a covenant with Israel, then you would have never came to that conclusion on your on by reading the bible.

The New American Standard Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible utilizes the same Greek and Hebrew numbers as the Strongs, and have their own NASB Greek Hebrew Dictionary. But that is one you have to buy for the appropriate software. https://www.wordsearchbible.com/products/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&products_query=New+American+Standard&commit=Go

But there is a Free Version of the WORDsearch 10 Bible library, that has a few less features but is EXTREMELY well made and user friendly, with video tutorials to learn how to use it. Plus there are over 200 books you can add to the program that are free. Most of them are the older, no longer copywrited books, with a fewer newer books and or bibles for free. Right now, they have a special, making Holman's Christian Standard Bible free also. That one my be a temporary special. Here is a link to where I explained more about it: http://christianchat.com/bible-discussion-forum/76178-free-outstanding-bible-software.html

The main reason the NASB, the NKJV, and the HCSB are my favorites, is they capitalize all pronouns referring to any one of the Holy Trinity. I think that just shows more respect for their Deity.

PRAUS

I have more Info for you about the WORDsearch 10 BIBLE free edition: The Downloadable FREE Bibles include the: KJV, KJV with Apocrypha, HCSB (Holman's Christian Standard Bible which was completed in 2004 and is one of my favorites), GWT (God's Word Translation, is okay but it is simplified street language English for teens), BBE (Bible in Basic English is similar to the GWT but is too simplified for my taste), DBY (Darby Bible), and YLT (Young's Literal Translation). Those are the FREE full versions. There is also several free NT versions, a couple of Spanish Bibles, and some Greek New Testaments FREE. The Strong's is Free. There are some FREE commentaries, maps, study helps, and even some CLASSIC Christian Literature Books. Over 200 free books all together. I promise you they are FREE, not even a download Charge: https://www.wordsearchbible.com/basic

Sure they have a lot of the new books for sale too, that are still copywrited, BUT you can wait for the sales when you find one you want to add. They run a lot of very good sales; in fact, I got a lot of my add-on books for half price that way. If you want to check out the online video tutorials, to see how easy the program is to learn, here is link to that webpage of theirs: WORDsearch 10 Basic Training - YouTube and there click on video number 8 and you will see what it looks like to use their program to open bibles and the #12 video explains the various ways to do a search, and it is amazing. I can even find a word in the Bible that I am uncertain how to spell it using one of their search tricks.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (NKJV)
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
[SUP]4 [/SUP] who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
He will violently oppose every form of divine worship and will enthrone himself in the temple of God in Jerusalem. This description clearly identifies him as Antichrist, the one who is opposed to Christ and who sets himself up in the place of Christ.
Daniel 9:27 and Matthew 24:15 show that this blasphemous action of the Antichrist takes place in the middle of the Tribulation Period. Those who refuse to worship him will be persecuted and many will be martyred.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
This man is further described as the adversary of God. He will seek to replace the worship of the true God and all false gods with the worship of himself, and will proclaim himself to be God. The beast will tolerate the worship of no one or nothing but himself (cf. Rev. 13:5-8). He will set himself up on God’s throne in the inner sanctuary of God’s temple. This probably refers to a literal temple,

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
The second thing which must happen is that the "man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition." When he is revealed the Great Tribulation period has already begun. Here he is called "the man of sin." John calls him "the antichrist." John is the only one who uses that term, by the way. The Antichrist has about thirty different titles in the Bible. He is a subject of the Old Testament. He is going to be Satan's man. This is the man who will put the Roman Empire back together again, and he will finally become a world dictator. He is going to deceive the world. He could be in our midst today, but he won't be able to appear in power or reveal who he is until after the Great Tribulation period begins.
Paul tells us more about him --
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God [2Thess. 2:4].

One of his claims will be that he is God. In Revelation 13 we find that the beast out of the sea (the Antichrist) brings together western Europe, and he will put it back together again. When he does this, he will show himself as God. The world will think that he is Christ. That is the big lie.

-the falling away.
The Day of the Lord cannot occur until a deliberate abandonment of a formerly professed position, allegiance, or commitment occurs (the term was used to refer to military, political, or religious rebellion). Some have suggested, on questionable linguistic evidence, that this refers to “departure” in the sense of the Rapture. Context, however, points to a religious defection, which is further described in verse 4. The language indicates a specific event, not general apostasy which exists now and always will. Rather, Paul has in mind the apostasy. This is an event which is clearly and specifically identifiable and unique, the consummate act of rebellion, an event of final magnitude. The key to identifying the event is to identify the main person, which Paul does, calling him the “man of sin.” Some texts have “man of lawlessness,” but there is no real difference in meaning since sin equals lawlessness (1 John 3:4). This is the one who is called “the prince who is to come” (Dan. 9:26) and “the little horn” (Dan. 7:8), whom John calls “the beast” (Rev. 13:2-10, 18) and most know as the Antichrist. The context and language clearly identify a real person in future times who actually does the things prophesied of him in Scripture. He is also called “the son of perdition” or destruction, a term used of Judas Iscariot (John 17:12). “The falling away” is the abomination of desolation that takes place at the midpoint of the Tribulation, spoken of in Daniel 9:27; 11:31; and Matthew 24:15 (see notes there). This man is not Satan, although Satan is the force behind him (v. 9) and he has motives like the desires of the devil (cf. Isa. 14:13, 14). Paul is referring to the very act of ultimate apostasy which reveals the final Antichrist and sets the course for the events that usher in the Day of the Lord. Apparently, he will be seen as supportive of religion so that God and Christ will not appear as his enemies until the apostasy. He exalts himself and opposes God by moving into the temple, the place for worship of God, declaring himself to be God and demanding the worship of the world. In this act of satanic self-deification, he commits the great apostasy in defiance of God. For the first three and one-half years of the Tribulation, he maintains relations with Israel, but halts those (cf. Dan. 9:27); and for the last three and one-half years, there is great tribulation under his reign (cf. Dan. 7:25; 11:36-39; Matt. 24:15-21; Rev. 13:1-8) culminating with the Day of the Lord.

The MacArthur Bible Commentary.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
Prophetic students may not agree on every detail; but the main facts, when they are related, give us the following description of Antichrist in the last days.

The peacemaker (Rev. 6:1-2). Certainly, this man will be on the scene before the Rapture of the church. He will be a peaceful political leader who unites ten nations of Europe into a strong power bloc (see Rev. 17:12-13). The rider on the white horse imitates Christ (Rev. 19:11ff). He goes forth to conquer peacefully: he has a bow, but no arrows. He will bring a brief time of peace to the world (1 Thes. 5:1-3) before the storm of the Day of the Lord breaks loose.

The protector (Dan. 9:24-27). We cannot examine the exciting details of this prophecy, but it is important to note several facts. First, the prophecy applies to Israel, Jerusalem, and the temple, and not to the church. Second, it announces the time when Messiah will come and accomplish certain purposes for the Jewish people. The word week refers to a period of 7 years; 70 weeks are equal to 490 years. Note that these 490 years are divided into three parts: 7 weeks or 49 years, during which the city would be rebuilt; 62 weeks or 434 years, at the end of which time Messiah would come and be cut off; 1 week or 7 years, during which a "prince" would have a covenant with Israel.

Notice that two princes are involved in this prophecy: Christ, Messiah the Prince (Dan. 9:25), and Antichrist, "the prince that shall come" (Dan. 9:26). "The people of the prince that shall come" are the Romans; for it was they who destroyed the city and the temple in a.d. 70. The coming Antichrist will belong to a nation that was part of the old Roman Empire.

Finally, note that there is a parenthesis between the sixty-ninth and the seventieth week. We are now living in that parenthesis. The sixty-ninth week ended with the ministry of Christ. The seventieth week will start with the arrival of Antichrist He will make a covenant with Israel to protect her and permit her to rebuild her temple. This covenant will be for seven years. He will temporarily solve the Middle East crisis. Israel will rebuild her temple in peaceful times. It is the signing of this covenant, not the Rapture of the church, that signals the start of Daniel's seventieth week, that seven-year period known as the Day of the Lord.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
This person fulfills the desire of Satan to usurp God's rightful role over creation (Isa 14:13-14; cf. 2:9-10). His opposition to God is chronicled by Daniel (7:25; 8:25; 9:27; 11:36-37). This is the 'revealing' spoken of in 2:3 when this person's true identity and actual character are uncovered and exposed for all to see in horror. The ultimate act of lawlessness occurs when he sits as God in the temple of God showing himself that he is God. The best Greek manuscripts do not use the phrase as God. Figurative meanings for temple are impossible since the lawless one actually enthrones himself. In Scripture, this is called 'the abomination of desolation' (Dan 9:27; 11:31; Matt 24:15), which is the ultimate 'falling away' or apostasy spoken of in 2:3 and which occurs at the Jewish temple in Jerusalem.

I told you I don't get me beliefs from the matrix, I get my beliefs from the bible. The bible will tell you exactly who the son of perdition.
Joh_17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

The son of perdition is the person who assembles with the church but is actually a betrayer of the church and the Word of God.
The son of perdition opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God. What is "all that is called God"?

Rev_19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

The son of perdition opposes the inerrant word of God... in our time of history, he hates the KJV.
The son of perdition exalts himself above the inerrant word of God. When the KJV says something he doesn't like, he goes to the Greek and Hebrew or another translation to make the words say what he wants them to say.
The son of perdition sets on the throne of the temple of God (his own heart) and becomes his own God.

The bible tells a totally different story than the matrix. If you like the matrix story then stay in the matrix. If you want the truth, throw your commentaries away and get into the bible. God never intended to establish a relationship with you through commentaries. You can only come to know Jesus through his word.

NO, God is intelligent enough to say exactly what He means, and means what he says. Plus those of us who have been born again have the Holy Spirit in us to give us understanding and to teach us. You can keep your false Matrix theory of man. As for me and my house we will serve the LORD, with the spiritual guidance of the Holy Spirit Himself.

Would you please listen to yourself. You are the one exalting your Matrix theory above the Word of GOD, while I believe the Word of GOD means literally what it says, so there will be a THIRD literal Temple built in Jerusalem.

You never did try to explain what Born Again is. WHY?

John 3:6-7 (NKJV)
[SUP]6 [/SUP] That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
[SUP]7 [/SUP] Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'

1 Corinthians 2:13-14 (NIV)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.
[SUP]14 [/SUP] The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Acts 17:11 (NIV)
[SUP]11 [/SUP] Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

Not devising some MATRIX theory to test what is True and what is FALSE.
The MATRIX Theory you fell for, is the LIE.

Please turn back to Trusting in the Word of GOD, instead of Trusting in some Hollywood Movie's fictional concept.
