We know about throwing out law, does the law have anything good about it??

It's just regurgitated talking points that they read about on law cultist and sabbath obsessed websites.

Know what it is to believe on Christ. Prove that You do know and believe on Him by obeying His law. If You do the contrary, how can You think it does other than to prove that You neither actually know Him, or believe on Him? Remember very well & understand & know the meaning of the following verses."[h=3]1 John 5[/h]King James Version (KJV)

5 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen."

Of course in loving and serving Christ I keep the 10 Commandmets :D is this the entire law

When I ponder God's ways, His perfection in all His ways, spotless.....His Laws and instruction as to how I should live, deepens my reverence toward Him. The more I learn to know about Him and His ways brings about fear. Because......we have an awesome God, a consuming fire. His judgement is righteous and true, eternal. I believe God gave His only begotten Son, so I would not perish but have everlasting life. I do in no way deserve it. I will serve and obey my God, and may God give His grace, and mercy on my soul.

Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

One question:

Which side are you fighting on?

Are you planning on being with the Dragon
or with the commanment keepers?

there are only two sides.

THer are some from both sides fighting in this room...
which side are you on?

I believe that's what Jesus said
Matthew 19:17
"Why do you ask me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments."

WE ned to keep the entire Torah

Entire Bible
that is the Torah

The entire Bible is God's word so this makes sense to me :)
where I think I have been confused is I'd never break the 10 Comandments but I don't even understand all the laws spoken about in the OT

Some of the way the words of our Lord are twisted to support strange man made ideas is so frustrating. Scripture says Christ fulfilled the law. That the law is love. That we must put on Christ and die to self. That we must obey with spirit and truth. That it is only through grace that we are saved. That we are not under law but under grace. That if we love the Lord we will obey. You would think that we would all agree, we would be united in our love of our Savior.

Instead, fulfill law means it is no good any more!!! Put on Christ means that Christ protects us so we can rest in that and not cooperate with Christ. Not under law means that we aren't to listen to it. That the law is love means that any instructions about how that love is fulfilled by us is obsolete. Such a twisting and turning of the clear words of scripture.

Please know that the law is good. Read the writings of New Testament to find that out. Remember the following. [h=3]"Matthew 5[/h]King James Version (KJV)
13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven."

[h=3]"Romans 6[/h]King James Version (KJV) 6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

I truly feel like I have a mental defect. I read post after post here. I read that there are two sides. I don't even get what the two sides are.

I thought that by accepting Christ we are saved from sin :) and of course in accepting Christ we can not break The Ten Commandments

That out of love we follow Christ and of course in loving him would not break these laws :D where I am lost is it seems there are laws besides these ten  if these are the laws from the Torah how can I keep them

I ask the people who I think are saying to follow the laws what doctrine this is so I can google it and read what it says :) yet get no answers :(

I think I am wasting my time :( I learn nothing but to question what I thought I was to believe

Don't burden yourself with all this false teaching. There is nothing here for you. The fact that no one who insist you follow the law ever takes the time to explain anything to you is your proof. I'm no one I only know that Christ said as you know that His greatest comandment was to love.

If in anyway CC distresses you or these threads about what you should do bring you down, I'm sorry for inviting you here. Of all the believers I know your heart is the purest. Follow it, do not be troubled by things which man can not explain.

Like me in your heart you know salvation comes from the grace of God alone. You know that Christ is your only judge. You know that in Him is only love. You have told me that in loving him we could never break any of The Commandments. Let the false teachers fret about those laws which Christ fulfilled. Go back to the sharing of Christ's love with our peers. You witnessed to me and introduced me to Christ. You don't need these men. Christ is beside you, The Holy Spirit in you.... Please just go back to loving and forget what troubles you in confusing talk here.

Sorry my sister....
love you to the moon and back,
lexi

Matthew 23
23 "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices--mint, dill and cummin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law--justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. 24 You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.
28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

I read the KJV I was just in a hurry and copied and pasted that from the first place I found it...
The law keepers talk all day but ignore our younger sister in Christ
She is sweet and innocent I sadly have a feisty side and say the truth even if it's not all tulips and daisies

Here it is in KJV for your reading pleasure :)

23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment , mercy, and faith:these ought ye to have done , and not to leave the other undone .
24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion andexcess.
26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that theoutside of them may be clean also.
27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of deadmen's bones,
and of all uncleanness.
28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men,but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
