It didn't go off randomly, it was a setup. Note the image quality, low camera angle of a non-security camera, and the stuff falling off the rear shelf before Mr. Rafter even hits it.

You know what I agree with this senator. It's not just black boys that wear their pants like that either. I also can't stand when I hear them call each other the N word. I don't think that's right.
