This post is about what the Bible says happened on Christ mas, I really can't word this any simpler .



What lies are you talking about ? I think it dose honor Christ, to say this time is all about Christ. How is that not honoring Him in your reasoning ?

Again, My post dose not even have anything to do with what people do. It is not about Santa, it is not about commercialism .It's not even about Trees . So what is your chip ? But I really think this has to do, with not being familiar with Luke 1.

I mean, you said so yourself, you thought Luke 1 is mental gymnastics.

Have you noticed the follow about Santa Clause:

1) He hands out present from beside him, just as God hands out rewards from beside Him.

2) He rewards those good, just as God rewards those who are good.

3) He punishes the bad, just as God punishes those who are evil.

4) He knows who is good or bad, just as God knows.

5) He lives apart from the human race, just as God lives in Heaven.

Well, all I can refer you to is back, to Luke 1. You will find no reindeer in Luke 1... And no mention of the dreaded reindeer Santa gang in my post.




Your the only one posting about that stuff... Your in effect making the heathen statements. When you really look closely . Your taking this day away from Christ.

And forfeiting what belongs to God ( His word, History ) , to the heathen. In effect you therefor become the things you hate. .

The reindeer represent your stubbornness. Coming down the chimney represents unwanted intruders into worthwhile threads and stockings hung with care represent blessings.

Like I said in my updated post before. If you take what is written Biblical history, and give it to the heathen, then you in effect are being heathen, By calling the day God began to dwell with man, a heathen time.

If you want to study whats written there in Luke, the notes I posted will lead you on all the right information you need. My post is Not about what Heathen do on this day. It is about what the Christians are suppose to know, happened on this day, and observe that.

Quite the opposite of what your talking about.

I did and saw the effort of reconciling and to me (I might have read you wrong here) justifying/changing the celebration of Dec 25 from birthday to conception. However, IsDaniel's presentation pointed out it's early Jan.
The remarks about "someone says so" was not directed at you or I would have said "Nathan3 says so". Sorry if I made you feel it was at you.
