While I keep the Sabbath I disagree that it is impossible to be as close to or gain as much from God other days
I won't limit my relationship or ability to grow spiritually to the Sabbath
I do feel I am to keep the Sabbath
I also feel throughout the week their are times when I can gain Spiritually in the same way

One can spend a day focused on God that is not the Sabbath is my point
this does not mean the Sabbath does not have value or purpose because it does
I dont believe anything against this nor did that post or another pose anything against this, my point is the 7th day is the onlt day the Creator ordained, and it is impossible to focus on Yah 100% EVERY day of the week, I did not say we cant Spiritually grow in Yah, I just saying we cant focus on Him 100% of the day every day. We have to cook, work, shower, sleep, etc. These things are not evil but one can not focus 100% while doing these.

BTW Buckets, your awesome!

Isayah 56:6-7, "Also the sons of the Gentile who join themselves to Yahweh, to serve Him, and to love the Name of Yahweh, to be His servants--everyone who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them and who holds fast to My covenant--I will bring them to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of prayer..."

Okay if one is not put under Law, then if there is no Law there is no commandment and no punishment as was for years prior to Moses.
So without the knowing I need Christ without the Law to show me I need God the Father through Christ, how otherwise would I ever know to make the choice to believe God or not? And thus be led by God in the Spirit of God?
sure there was no punishment before old Mosheh?

what about Adam and Eve, Cain, or the flood? sodom and Gomorrah? etc?

And obeyed sabbath hmmmmm
Not according to the Pharisees and religious leaders and was crucified for this by them, and without knowing was all according to Father's plan fro salvation to all through Son's finished work at the cross and this includes the resurrection in the Spirit for us to be alive in the Spirit of God from God to us a free gift to enter his courts with thanksgiving and praise as David said would be in Psalms 100:4
Anyway I am personally so preoccupied in thanksgiving and praise for what God has done through Son that there is no time to get angry sin, abase, harm or hurt another
God is that amazingly in love with us to give us the way out to him,
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The holy spirit does the work. I was convicted of sin by it, not the law which I didn't even know.

This is the default standpoint/misunderstanding of those who want to find fault with Yahweh's 4th Commandment.

Sabbath is not a one day clean up, and then back to the mud pit, it is a meeting time with Yahweh when nothing gets in the way, throughout the week this is impossible to do every day, this day centers you and trains you physically and Spiritually. Spending an uninterrupted 24hrs with Yah every 7th day continues and strengthens the walk the Messiah laid out. But most peoples hearts do not want to understand this or even consider it.
Thank you, I understand and appreciate your answer. For me it is not hard it is light and easy each and every day is like a Sabbath to me now trusting in Father through Son.
not easy to explain after this last year of the tragedy I went through to show me this truth found in Father through Son and Brother I do appreciate you
I not only learn from you but all as I listen to what others say from their point of view in what God has taught them and teaching them

Great verse from Galatians 5.

There's only one problem with how you're using it.
We don't seek to be justified by the Law.

We keep the law because we have been justified by Christ Jesus.
Works of law nullifies grace and vice versa.

hmmm then dont read the bible because that is also a law
It was by the Law and through the Law that is perfect where I am not being in unredeemed Flesh that I was led to Christ my redeemer that has redeemed me
Thank you for your post

thank you, and believe me the Sabbath is not hard, it is my favorite day of the week, and nothing is burdensome about it. The Pharisees wrote a whole book, literall an entire volume of added Sabbath "laws" this was the burden, and Yahshua set the Isrylaites free from THIS burden, "triumphing over them and making a public spectacle of them." I unserstand every day is and should be a walk with Yah, I agree in this 100%, but you, me or anyone else can not walk with Yah everyday as one would on a Sabbath. A few days here and there yes, but not every day. I think a accurate metaphor is: "your wife is trying to get your attention, and you are answering her without taking your eyes of the TV." This is the same as well I worshipped Yah while I was at work! We can take time and pray and focus, we can walk in the ways of Yah while at work, but we can not focus 100% every minute while at work. Now applly this "at work" to everything we do every day, shower, cook, clean, work, drive, etc, etc, etc. (again 100% focus while driving is impossible!

I want to ask you your thoughts about this matter.

hmmm can circumcision of the heart become uncircumcised ?
Not when God does it
I will never leave you nor forsake you
No one can snatch you out of my hand
No weapon formed against you will ever prosper
All said by God whom is the only one faithful
I rest again, thank you for confirming this in me and all that believe God

does the Law and the Holt Spirit not agree?

do they not promote and prohibit the same?
Works of law nullifies grace and vice versa.
So if I dont murder I nullify grace?

Or are you twisting Scripture to say something it does not?

Galatians 5:4, "You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace."

it actually is those who try to BE JUSTIFIED BY LAW, BIG BIG BIG difference.

none are worthy, only Yah's , mercy is the path to the kingdom, but most have turned His mercy into a trampling mat, not me His mercy upon me has lead me to want to submit to Him fully and not transgress!

Acts 15:10-11
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
[SUP]11 [/SUP]But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

If the law was what was required for our righteousness then what was the need for the whole New Testament?

The Problem that has arisen is that God gave His People something that was supposed to show them their error in the very asking for it. Like when they asked for a king and were given Saul. Saul was not meant to be King of Israel. Saul was to show the people their error.

Just like the law. God gave it so people would know their error. And then the Lord Jesus magnified it so no one would think they were righteous in Gods eyes according to their own work at the Law. Like the Pharisees and Scribes were doing. You know, the hypocrites who thought they followed Gods Law.

Read Matthew 5 and tell me what Law you obey.
So you kill steal and covet ?

Brother as a man thinks so is he. Better put as a man believes so are his emotional results
You think (believe) it impossible to focus on God 100% of the time each and every day
Therefore what you believe to be is true. and so it is with you
Yet I believe not this way and focus every day in everything I do or say on Father through Son. At least this is what Father has taught me to this day and It is awesome in seeing all things from Gods vantage point
Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Are we not all growing in God's grace those that have chosen to believe?

While under the Law, the Israelites were required to set aside one day every week for rest and worship. Christians, on the other hand, are required to worship God, not just one day per week, but every day.
Is it wrong, then, to set aside one day every week for rest and worship? No. God’s Word leaves such a decision to each individual, saying: “One person decides that one day is holier than another. Another person decides that all days are the same. Every person must make his own decision.” (Romans 14:5, God’s Word) While some may choose to view one day as more holy than others, the Bible clearly indicates that God does not expect Christians to observe a weekly Sabbath.

There is a wealth of meaning in the Ten Commandments! Based as they are on divine principles that will never be out-of-date, we should prize them as precious reminders of our obligation to love God and our neighbor.—Matthew 22:37-39.
Jesus’ death brought an end to the Law, including the Ten Commandments given to the Israelites at Mount Sinai. But the value of the divine principles included in the Mosaic Law are eternal.

All this set of JW nonsense anf yet you dont keep them hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yep, that is where the whole mess of today started yes sir indeed
And where does it change do we not after Christ have the message of reconciliation?
We are forgiven and this is for to appreciate in thanksgiving and praises, entering his Courts with this, yes or no?

hmm the abbath is a blessed day that is the difference

if I have 7 envelopes and 1-6 has 100 each butthe 7th I put double which would you want the 7th right hmm so is the sabbbth

we worship God everyday but the sabbath has speacial requirements that many find a burden to keep
Again I keep the Sabbath
and again you may only be able to do the "special requirements" of the Sabbath once a week
I however do not limit these things to the Sabbath
not to say I spend everyday of the week as I do the Sabbath but a day in complete focus and doing the work of God only
for me is not limited to once a week

I am not saying to not keep the Sabbath
but remember all that Christ said
I can reserve any day for Christ
what I am talking about isn't limiting the awesomeness of the Sabbath
but instead raising other days to it

All this should be done out of love only
Obedience out of love is the only form of obedience that is respectful

I can follow rules at school out of fear but that means nothing
it doesn't in anyway say I agree with the rules
an example is I've been told if I tell people to follow Jesus I will be expelled
thus at school I don't do it
this does not mean I agree with the rule

I keep the Sabbath out of love
it does not affect my salvation :) it is simply another way to love God
my Salavation and judgement both are in and of Christ alone
I can not save myself only Christ can get me to heaven and has given me salvation
he also shall judge me

By all means keep the Sabbath
but I promise if you are willing you can gain the same things on other days of the week
yes it may be more difficult to devote an entire Tuesday to God
I have done it though it is equally as rewarding as devoting sun down Friday to sun down Saturday
by rewarding I mean spiritual gain and all else God gives me

Yes the "message of reconciliation" is beauty, it must no be trampled upon or used an excuse to sin, for those who do will be punished WORSE than in the times of Mosheh...for our Father is a consuming fire.

Hebrews 10:2-31, "Those who rejected the Law given through Mosheh died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished, who has trampled the Son of Yahweh underfoot, and has counted the blood of the covenant (with which He was sanctified) an unholy thing, and who has insulted the Spirit of mercy? For we know Him Who has said: Vengeance is Mine; I will repay, says Yahweh. And again: 6bYahweh will judge His people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Father."

Hebrews 12:29, "For our Father is a consuming fire."

I want to be on the merciful side of this, and so seek to humble myself and submit to Yah.

Thank you, God's amazing way knows what to do to each of us. allow to bring us each unto the faith in Christ
1 Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
We each here are all coming to trust God in all the mess around each of us that is in this world, at least foe me as what I am seeing here, giving each the room to say what we think and or feel without condemnation, for bottom line it is God the gives the increase as each one of us plants and or waters yes?

This I agree with :)

I don't think everyday I could
I meant it can be more than one day a week

Of course I can't give 100% on school days
but I can from Friday at 3pm to Monday at 5:30am
not that I do this every weekend but I have done it
