Absolutely NO!

It is practised by the occultists and has demonic energies behind it!

The answer is in the bible. And the answer is very clear. Do you read it? God's written word is spiritual food. If you don't 'eat' it, you will not be a healthy Christian.

Interesting question. I am all againts it and believe if evil too. While back when i got seperated i decide to look into my ex and mine if its compatible for love. I have to admited its was 100% accurated that mariage would never work. Plus telling what kind of person she is. I got very very confuse over all this. Got hit hard over my faith. Then a few months ago GOD as put into my heart that those zoac sign are just for the unbeliever cause the bible clearly say that when we become converted our old man is dead and we become a new man. So i dont read it anymore and i believe that if these sign show exactly how a person is the he should question is salvation.

Read Deuteronomy 18:9-14. These types of persons would include astrologers as well.

Actually, the study of the stars in a spiritual sense is another area (astrologers) where Satan has usurped the truth.

I have a couple of books on the subject but the one I like is, The Gospel in the Stars, by Joseph A. Seiss.

It is amazing how all of the constellations and their symbols correlate exactly with God's written word, and tell the story of the Christ.

I like your curiosity. well Isaiah 47:13 "...Let your astrologers come forward and save you_those people who study the stars, who map out the zones of the heavens and tell you from month to month what is going to happen to you."
Does that sound familiar???
I used to believe in that stuff way back and I cant remember any accurate prediction...

Hi ChristianGirlLivingLife. God bless. Its not good in fact its not to be believed in anything regarding the horoscopes. horoscopes is supposed to be reading of the stars, to give you readings of the future, or someone that has or is going to happen. Its all made up, and many people who do it, make money from it. Horoscopes has ruined relationships, and even in some cases ruined lives because people believe in such nonsense. Also horoscopes are lies, and anything lies related, is from the devil himself.

If you want to believe in readings? read your Bible. there you will see nothing but truth. and you will see about God speaking about these people who are into all that kind of stuff. and warns us to keep away from such people. horoscopes is a open door to your soul by the devil. just remember that.

Leviticus 19:31.
Do not turn to mediums or necromancers; do not seek them out, and so make yourselves unclean by them: I am the Lord your God.

Leviticus 19:26
You shall not eat any flesh with the blood in it. You shall not interpret omens or tell fortunes.

Micah 5:12
And I will cut off sorceries from your hand, and you shall have no more tellers of fortunes

[h=3]Daniel 2:27
Daniel answered the king and said, “No wise men, enchanters, magicians, or astrologers can show to the king the mystery that the king has asked.[/h]God bless ChristianGirlLivingLife. its not wise to listen to them. Unless you want lies to be part of your life.

No, as many people have answered already from Scripture.

Trusting anything other than God means that we are not relying on Him, and we are doing something that He has expressly forbidden. When we mess with things in the occult, we open ourselves up for deception, and we can pull away from Christ.

When you trust astrology, what you are really doing is saying, "I don't trust God. I need to look outside of Him for truth."

Constellations formed around pagan religions tell the story of Christ?

Hmmmm!

Recently converted?

I guess you are not LIBRA, otherwise you would like to find out yourself.

I think you are CANCER...

(Ironically, and just kidding)

Because that horoscopic dependency is a CANCER I once suffered and believED (a thing I regrets my mother often talks and watches on TV, each morning).

You are not your age (my point one).

Secondly, Is it your everyday practice?

If so, the Bible tells you well on depending or trusting GOD. Besides, no one knows the future (or fate).

May GOD helps you grow in HIS ARMS.

We commercial fished for years, an industry that is closely affected by the seasons and the moon's action on the sea. We and the police always knew that during a full moon many of the fishermen, many of them are very "spiritual" and without anchors, would cause trouble in town. During the equinox the sea would be wild.

For those with a more solid base, those who depended on the Lord and not the stars, a full moon changed nothing.

No! At best horoscopes are a silly, incredibly vague, hoax. At their worst, horoscopes are linked to the occult world. Either way, if Christ is your Lord, you should be putting your trust in him, not this nonsense.

Weird Al Yankovic probably has the most accurate description of the the silliness that horoscopes are...and it's not a half-bad ska tune, either. "Try to avoid any Virgos or Leos...with the Ebola virus. You are the true lord of the dance, no matter what those idiots at work say."

Looking for answers or insight in anything other than the Lord?
No. it don't work and will only lead to deceive.
Satan is the deceiver and one is looking to him when lending themselves to things other than God and his word.
The stars we are told are put here more for us to use as Navigation and monitor the seasons.

Genesis
14And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so.

as far as assigning mystic powers to the stars to tell people things, even the astrologers knew better and said to King Nebuchadnezzar when they were finally threatened with death regarding interpreting his dream.

Daniel 2
10 The astrologers answered the king, “There is no one on earth who can do what the king asks! No king, however great and mighty, has ever asked such a thing of any magician or enchanter or astrologer.11 What the king asks is too difficult. No one can reveal it to the king except the gods, and they do not live among humans.”

And only a man of God, not astrologers nor magicians,,,
but Daniel was able to fulfill the kings request and Glory was given to God.

Richie_2UK, perhaps she didn't like the answers! lol

Perhaps she was looking for someone to give her an "okay" when she KNEW it was not right. Seems like the HS may be working in her...
