Will wearing 'boots wit da fur' attract me a mate?

Hey everyone,
I was listening to the radio the other day and there was this song about apple bottom jeans and 'boots wit da fur' and these guys singing totally seemed to be into girls who wore those clothing items...so I was wondering-- do you think that if I wore some boots wit da fur that I would attract a suitable mate as well?

Everyone knows fur boots are atrocious, even the lady sporting them. That's why whenever I see girls that have boots with the fur, I always say "Wow, those are really nice boots!" Since she's all self-conscious about them, she's all like "Wow, thank you! I was worried that they were totally 1990's (editors note: which they are), but you totally just validated my decision!" Then she wears them again later. It's like the joke that keeps on giving.

As for the apple bottom jeans. There's a good Harvard study that goes into the different waist-hip ratios of women, and their perceived attractiveness by their male counterparts. It's actually found to be one of the best combined indicators of reproductive health, attractiveness, and general health.

first of all you must know the culture of which these clothes are worn, and to each his own.. boots with the fur on them are very fashinalble to use black people and when ever something that was once in style; come back in style we call it throw-back.. and we love it. The Apple Bottom jeans are not for women with flat buts. its is for the plump, round and shaakable behinds. which our men do luuv. the boots with the fur, thay come up very close to the knee and some have the fur trim only around the top, or in verious styles of trim and in different colors. boot and fur, they are from flats to 5 in. hills.

and they looks so good on us that after a year of wearing them many other cultures started wearing them to... as always!! so to school yall on this so you may respond not out of ignorane but with knowledge. and its not what you wear, its how you were it. anybody can put on anything, but still be a hot boiling mess in their hearts. so lets get it right.. and be careful of our responses in the future cause you dont know who you will offend.............

Well, personally, I gotta say, I know where they are coming from...

I mean, although I don't at all like the look of tall boots with fur lining at the top, they are a distinctive cultural and environmental necessity in the area I'm from, so I respect them. Here in Alaska, native women wear tall boots wit da fur in order to keep warm during the winter. It's traditional and practical. They look like a furry marshmellow that shaved from the knees down, but it's admirable that they posess the rare and unique skill set to be able to make those goods with their bare hands, hunting seals to make it happen (often having nothing more than a heavy club or 4x4).

As far as apple-bottom jeans are concerned, I don't know what those are, but I know fruit of the loom, and I know that some people's jeans end up smelling like bad fruit if they dont wash them. Though I am guessing that you're talking about more like a pleasant apple-scented shampoo, which is okay.

To sum it up, I am not personally attracted by furry boots or apple bottoms, but sometimes great things come in furry packages. For instance, puppies or hamburger. And You should definitely pay more attention to a girl's heart than her bottom. That's something we can all live by.

Well for the record as Alayna pointed out Apple Bottom is actually a brand name and personally I don't think it's about the clothing as much as it is the personality and what's in someone's heart. I personally think it's what's in the heart the counts. The person's truest intentions.

If I had the money to waste, I'd buy apple bottom jeans since they fit me really well. Alas, I don't have money to waste on expensive jeans, so I'm stuck wearing jeans that do not fit my body shape. Such is life.

This is such a good idea! Oh my goodness, how could I have not thought of it before?! I have been feeling quite a lot like a 'bear going into hibernation' as of late, so why not let my style reflect that....right on. You don't think the boots, shirt and jeans would be a little too much though right???
And as for attracting hunters, that would be awesome...I mean they're manly right? Just as long as they don't mistake me for some fur covered animal and shoot me, I'm sure we'd have a marvelous time!!

I think I need to get to work covering the contents of my closet in fur....woot!!!!
