For example circumcision of the foreskin is now circumcision of the heart. Sabbath being rest on saturday is changed to Jesus being our sabbath. and so on. The scripture you cited is not the 10 commandments. It is in reference to all OT law.

I believe the "judaizers" spoken of in Acts were saying one must do all the Law to enter into following the Messiah aka be saved.
Yet all one has to do is make a sincere confession the Yahshua is the Messiah and they wish to be saved, and Yahweh will pull that person out of the fire.

Shaul wanted him to go out with him, so he took him and circumcised him because of the Yahdaim who were in that region; for they all knew that his father was a Greek."
