Tell me why I need to add or to see anything further outside of my Savior Christ for he is the propitiation for me and all that believe and therefore he walks through me in Spirit, and I am not really me anymore, yet walk as he walked in Love, God getting all the credit
I am kind of seeing like Paul did, when he went against those that mixed Law and grace, adding Circumcision and whatever they could to bring them the Galatians back into captivity under their rule, Saying yes it is okay that I believe in Christ then comes the "BUT" you need to see this or do that
Matthew 23
Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: all therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. ...
Matthew 6:2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Matthew 6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Matthew 6:16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Matthew 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
Matthew 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

That last verse had that happen to me, been there done that
Christ is my salvation and through Christ I have been made perfect

I am hearing from a great swelling of words and man's wisdom, and whether I am right about this or not, you know whether or not what you are doing, and it causes division and lack of belief and a great pride in those that see this great wisdom you claim to have.
1 Corinthians 2:5 that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

I might be wrong but it seems your Faith stands in the wisdom of men, only you know the truth here, and praying you are not confusing others on purpose as if you got it and they don't.

I respect what you say, but many times by mistake, and not on purpose, and then again maybe it is on purpose that the food of the Word of God is pushed aside. We can take the writings we know as the New Testament, and neglect the writings of the Old Testament. I consider that a grave mistake, for no one who preached the gospel of Jesus Christ, during the first church age when Paul was still alive had anything but the Old Testament. If we say that part of the Word of God is past, how in the world did they do it by using the scrolls that we say are past? If the New Covenant has a New Temple what are we supposed to relate it to, and how is it supposed to work according to God's Word from the beginning of the blood shed for atonement, and remission of sins? Do you not agree that the temple worship during Moses' day relates to the blood sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? If not, how on earth would you know that the gospel is real and can truly work according to the foreknowledge of God? Jesus called the Pharisees hypocrites because they completely distorted the law God had given to Israel. They didn't minister the law in it's intended correct form. Jesus even questioned Nicodemus in John 3 as to why he didn't know about the new birth. It is obvious the Old Testament scripture defined being born again.

John 3:10 (KJV)
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

To all that think I am endorsing something incorrect I have some questions.

If we do not endeavor to study the laws of the old covenant temple, seeing that it was according to God's plan, how are we ever to know how it is supposed to work within ourselves now that we are the temple of the new covenant, according to the same God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who gave both?

Would you think it was for a reason according to the complete plan from the beginning, or do you think Jesus represents an afterthought, even though He created all things?

Do we claim the salvation of the new by rejecting the old, or do we accept the beauty of the new with joy and peace because the old?

Are we not suppose to see the relationship, seeing that both are the plan of the same God and Father of of Lord Jesus Christ?

The apostles saw this relationship, why is it wrong to follow suit with their example, and their insight that came via the Holy Spirit reminding them of the truth spoken by Jesus, and His Father?

By not understanding this are we subconsciously separating Jesus from the Almighty God, or do you think that was God's intent to be permanently separated from His own son?

A permanent separation would make us think of only this verse. Mark 15:34 (KJV)
[SUP]34 [/SUP]And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

If we purposefully separate, are we not purposefully denying this following truth in the scripture?

John 14:1-9 (KJV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP]Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

The fallacy of the daughter churches of Babylon the harlot who built a tower of lies is
that they are trying with all their heart to get rid of the covenant.

Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed,
and keep my covenant,
then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people:
for all the earth is mine:

What is the covenant?

HINT:

God SPOKE it
and he intends for you to keep it
He put it INSIDE THE ARK
It is so holy that when Uzzah touched it he died
the philistines got a plague when they did not keep it...
Hint
hint

now put away all our false doctrines we have been taught

the covenant is the ten commandments of God

I have 272 verses to prove it, I can put them up for you...

So whenever you see the word COVENANT
say
TEN COMMANDMENTS...

And YEs the covenant of Abraham was ---you guessed it, the ten commandments

and with NOAH
the ten commandments

and with Adam and seth and cain
the ten commandmnts

you cant sin without the covenant
it was there all the time

God had to write it in stone
people kept forgetting it.

BEFORE mt sinai God said to the people

Why are you not keeping my Sabbath?
I guess I will have to write it down for you!
Moses, come to the mountain....

and he will NEVER EVER EVER will change the eternal 10 commandments!

comon people! READ YOUR BIBLES!

Psa 89:34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

The only law that EVER went out of his lips to the people was the ten commandments

Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass,
one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the 10 commandments,
till all be fulfilled.

Babylon churches do not want the ten commandments
one even says there are only NINE commandments!
Their names are removed from heavens books.

Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven:

Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I wouldput a good distance between me and any church that teaches nine commandments

so what is the big dea/l

They want to keep sunday the day of pagan sun God because they will loose their retirement stipend and get fired and or loose their congregation if they teach the truth.

God said:
Keep my Covenant and I will be your God!
Amen that easy

The new covenant is

Keep my 10 commandments by the power ofDivine God living inside you
and I will Be married to you

its a nice covenant
but essentially the same thing

Oh I forgot to say how to do it

Give your life and heart and soul to God 100% each day
and He will give you his spirit and you will be infinitely powerful to stop yelling and screaming
and love will fill you
and ask God to be born again a new creature of love in him
and it will hapen
and then you have a wonderful day trampling on serpents and devils and prasing Go

your in.

that easy.
ask God to open your eyes
lead you in the way of righteousness (doing right)
and he will.
Now, look for others to tell how to get into the born again new cvenant that is a pleasant job, tell them your story how nice and easy it is

and How great is the Lord and greatly to be praised.

Those who want to keep one foot i pagan religion have to invent huge towers of lies and send people to seminaries to teach them how to twist the Bible properly and:

Mat 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Bet you never had that verse taught from the pulpit

Read your Bible
there are lots of them

Do you deny that if a man only had, ever in his life, the teaching of Paul, that he would be able to obtain salvation by using that alone?

I'm certainly not denting that. What I am saying is that Paul had the scrolls to teach from. His letters to us are New Testament, and what he wrote and said to those that he taught was proven via the Old Testament as we know it. I have never indicated that a person cannot receive salvation outside of what any of the apostles said or wrote.

John 17:17-21 (KJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
[SUP]19 [/SUP]And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
[SUP]21 [/SUP]That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Their word is God's Word from the beginning of time. The plan has never changed as it was suppose to be fulfilled.

You're talking out of both sides of your mouth. Paul taught his gospel to us. He got his gospel directly from Christ. He did not teach out of scrolls, and you cannot show one place where it is said that he did.

Paul proved the new worked according to the law and the prophets. We can prove it the same way.

I've quoted Jesus' words over and over. Here it is again.

John 5:46-47 (KJV)
[SUP]46 [/SUP]For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.
[SUP]47 [/SUP]But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

I have no idea why the writings of the Old Testament covenant is talked down so much. Paul wrote to Timothy to show himself approved, and that Old Testament (as we know it) is all they had. Should we not do the same to prove to ourselves what is true by rightly dividing the Word of truth rather than simply divide it by declaring it obsolete for today?

I have a question for you. What was Timothy studying? The New Covenant, and the Old Covenant?

2 Timothy 2:14-16 (KJV)
[SUP]14 [/SUP]Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
[SUP]15 [/SUP]Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
[SUP]16 [/SUP]But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

I'm not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ simply because I see the relevance in Jesus concerning Old Testament scriptures, and neither was Paul, or Timothy.

Romans 1:16 (KJV)
[SUP]16 [/SUP]For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

The Jew first. Think about that.

The Ark of the ________ of the Lord

Deu 10:8 At that time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.

what is inside th ark of the covenant of the Lord?

Heb 9:4 ...and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold,
wherein
was the golden pot that had manna,
and Aaron's rod that budded,
and the tables of the covenant;

golden pot is not a command
Aarons rod is not a command
Tables of the ten commandments The Covenant, was the eternal commands

Heb 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified (those who commit their ives totally).
Heb 10:15 Whereof the holy ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

definitely not done away

it is the new covenant

What is so hard to understand in these words of Moses and Paul related directly to Jesus' words, and deeds?

Exodus 15:22-25 (KJV)
[SUP]22 [/SUP]So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?
[SUP]25 [/SUP]And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them,

John 2:19-20 (KJV)

[SUP]19 [/SUP]Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

This is the illustration we are to see that the only change was from the physical to the spiritual: Jesus lived and taught the Old Covenant/Old Testament until He was crucified (which = destroy the temple) and the three days = His time in the tomb, and when He rose after three days, that = building it again in three days. Old/physical to New/Spiritual in 3 days.

Matthew 27:40 (KJV)
[SUP]40 [/SUP]And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.

John 4:7 (KJV)
[SUP]7 [/SUP]There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.

Jesus wasn't asking for water so He could drink, He was telling the woman to give to others the living water of Himself. Are we so blind that we fail to see the relationship?

Deuteronomy 21:22 (KJV)
[SUP]22 [/SUP]And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

Galatians 3:13 (KJV)
[SUP]13 [/SUP]Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Without the crucifixion representing the old there could be no resurrection representing the new. It is impossible to be resurrected when you are still alive. If we don't consider the old, how can there be a "new"?? It is an allegory - its a parable.

There is indeed a relationship to the works JESUS did and the seasons the Israelites where in.
Spotted that out but never really studied it...

You are right. There are so many things in the Old Covenant/Testament records, particularly in temple worship that in every detail relate to the cleansing power of Jesus Christ, the teaching, and His death, burial, and resurrection. Even before that the days starting with the 10th day of the first month to the 14th day are exact. Jesus enters Jerusalem on the 10th day, and is crucified on the 14th, that night Jesus is in the tomb, and God passes over Egypt to see the blood. If the lamb was not slain, there would certainly be death on the house where the blood wasn't applied.

I read this over twice, and it just gets better every time I see your "fill in the blank" question.

Deuteronomy 9:11 (KJV)
[SUP]11 [/SUP]And it came to pass at the end of forty days and forty nights, that the LORD gave me the two tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant.

Moses broke the first set because of the golden calf that God's children were worshiping instead of doing right. Israel broke the covenant by doing things that God had commanded against. Then Moses made another pair like unto the first, brought them up the mountain and God wrote the covenant again.

Deuteronomy 10:1-3 (KJV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP]At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.

Numbers 10:33 (KJV)
[SUP]33 [/SUP]And they departed from the mount of the LORD three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them.

1 Kings 8:9 (KJV)
[SUP]9 [/SUP]There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

Isaiah 24:5 (KJV)
[SUP]5 [/SUP]The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

The ten commandments in these next three scriptures are translated from the original Hebrew. They are the ten words relating to the testimony in Christ, being the testator, and mediator, the law and responsibility, entailing more that the first part of Exodus chapter 20.

Exodus 34:28
28 And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten words.

Deuteronomy 4:13
13 And He declared unto you His covenant, which He commanded you to perform, even the ten words; and He wrote them upon two tables of stone.

Deuteronomy 10:4
4 And He wrote on the tables according to the first writing, the ten words, which the LORD spoke unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly; and the LORD gave them unto me.
