I'm not the sort that thinks the horror genre can't be used to further God's kingdom but this looks messed up! Still, this is much too obvious. Don't you think Satan would work in more subtle ways?
 
Dude, have you seen an actual horror movie? or is that sell out tabloid webzine scary enough for you? That show just looks like an updated version of whats already been done. When you over react to things like that, it gives them power. You think the enemy doesn't love the whole oh rihanna this and obama that and 666 everything bit? You are the one looking at satanic imagery..."look! its evil!" "ok we got it, you can stop looking at it now". The only reason it's even a thing is because you can record it, and keep looking at it again and again. If parents weren't numb to the word 'advisory', it wouldn't be a problem.

The serpent is being openly promoted on television.

2013 saw a sharp rise in the blatant promotion of the occult, black magic and satanic witchcraft in mainstream pop culture. What was once reserved for late night television or R-rated movies, has now become prime time viewing. No better example of this is seen than in American Horror Story: Coven, the primetime cable series on the F/X Network that has become a runaway ratings success as it openly promotes some of the most violent, depraved and satanic imagery on television. As society continues to move away from God, shun the name of Jesus Christ and reject the Bible, it is swiftly descending into satanic rebellion. And this year’s television season is an indication that the deception of the Devil is now becoming mainstream, especially for young adults and children.

So many parents have no idea what their children are watching. It is the

These TV series are aimed at adults, not children. But still, I think we need to be discerning, while not jumping at every sign of evil.

Take a look around you when you get a chance. I do know satan might be
subtle is some things, but have you looked at books titles in the occult
section in book stores? What do you think catches the eye of one who wants
to know about witchcraft? The teens are being violent in our Country, and
violence is rampant. Is satan being subtle when he uses a satanic ritual ?
Or some young innocent person like Americas entertainers start out, yes,
I agree, he is subtle. Then the great Illuminati has a stronghold on their
lives. Pray for these people.. Pray for the role models to get set free and
out of the snare of satanic hellish life he has lured them into. WE can win.
We can pray for the lost. It is our duty to pray for the Blood of Jesus Christ
to overpower the darkness we see before our very own eyes. Come on...
Let's not argue over the fact. Let's pray with all our might.....The soul
we see saved could be our own relative. ~ J~K~2

I do not believe these shows in America are aimed at adults. It started out
few years ago innocently. It has increased in popularity. We just had a young
teen murdered by 2 teen friends. If these things weren't being shown or
written about, it is very likely they would not have thought of taking their
friend out and kill her and leave her body to the elements. Sorry, but I know
who is behind these programs. It is teaching the young how to do every
thing possible.

I am grateful to the Lord for the ones who refuse to get involved or watch
shows like this. This is what we as adults are here for. Please join in and
pray. It is not a joke here in America.

I'm just saying these particular series aren't aimed at children. I put it down more to broken families and society's postmodern belief that truth should be relative. When that happens, when each person creates their own truth, society goes to Hell.

What the OP brought to the News Group.... is what is leading society to hell.
I would love to see everyone at peace with one another. No evil ...all good.
It is not going to happen as long as things like this are being shown through
the media. You obviously see things differently than I. I have been too
close to the 'dark side of life ' before Jesus set me free when I asked Him to.
This is why I want to see people spared.... it is ugly and we have to pray for
the young. It is a like living in la la land to think this will pass, and the kids
aren't interested in it. Kids don't scare anymore. They get in deeper than
they want and find it hard to get out. I will let you believe your own way,
and I will continue believing God must help those who are entrapped in a
web of deceit.
 
Its actually a pretty good show. Not going to lie Ive been enjoying it immensely.

Meh. The Master's predicted it already. I'll be content to worship him instead of the rebellious Servant of the Master. Makes logical sense to me. It's just unfortunate that the feminine has been tied to witchcraft. Male and female were both created by God. Therefore anything feminine should be from God. In its proper use.

But I can see the apparent irony here. Satan was in glory second to God I believe. So likewise the female is second in power to the male. But do these feminists not realize that in tying feminism to satanic witchcraft they're just acknowledging their subservient status through metaphor? I don't know too many feminists who would be happy with this. :confused:

Well, if you think you are going to take the wide road along with many others,
you can tell God on judgment day, how you enjoyed 'this immensely.'
If you are thinking you are saying this for SHOCK VALUE... Forget it. I don't
shock easily ~ You have chosen the path you are on, and certainly you do
grieve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He died for YOU. He died so YOU
would not have to go to Hell. Remember that He gives us what is eternally
good. If you are serving satan, it might seem good now, but man he has you
right where he has brought you.
Personally, I don't think you are telling the truth~ I think you want to shake
up a thread. Well, this is good, maybe others will learn the good from the evil.

I remember when Jeanne Dixon, the psychic from back in 70's and a book she had out
and it was fascinating and I still did not know it was a sin to be involved in occult. Anyway
one thing that has always stuck with me from her book. One night she had the 'SERPENT'
come up her body and he spoke to her. BTW... I don't know if she ever was accurate. It
has been too long ago.

Votes Republican and is fine with war, poverty, and people not affording healthcare.

well there is actually nothing on any network prime time that is christian, so your best bet is to not even watch television anymore, which is what I do. I really don't care how blasphemous they are because as they are non-christian TV shows I have absolutely no expectations from them to be respectful of christianity. How is me being annoyed about a tv show on witches being blasphemous actually going to change anything, they have a legal right to make whatever they want. God is big enough to handle it.

Anyway I think we should be far more concerned about the evil that grows within churches through things like false doctrines. satans best weapon is to have people infiltrate the church with false messages that seem true. Christianity isn't going to be weakened by obvious external attacks or tv shows about witches.

anyway if you want to get specific any tv show not pro-christian could be considered satanic. It doesn't have to be showing pentagrams and snakes to be immoral.
 
There are two christian channels (TBN & Daystar) that carry christian movies weekly. Or one can get a much larger selection on YouTube by keying in 'christian movies.'

Depending on the sect of Christianity or Judaism, the pentagram and snake have been positive religion symbols to portray religious meanings.

We are commanded to be as wise as serpents.
