I don't know who this award goes to, but I was sitting around thinking
"DUDE, ALL THAT MEANS, IS THAT YOUR POSTS ARE MEANT FOR A FEW PEOPLE."

Wow. So the most unpopular person on CC is a man or woman with a very special mission.
This thread recognizes you, most unpopular man/woman, and your special mission.

That's an unreasonably optimistic view. People are often unpopular for many reasons, not just any one. The message may be a factor, but to automatically assume that people are unpopular because their message, and no other reason, makes no sense.

Just because a message may only be for a few, doesn't mean the messenger would be unpopular. More likely people would be indifferent towards them.

People are often unpopular because of a combination of things. Usually the message itself is near the bottom of the reasons. Attitude, approach, ability to listen, coming across judgmental, arrogant, insulting. These are stronger clues about being unpopular.

For one person, the message is like life. For another person the message is like death.

Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance:
behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.

(Isaiah 40:15)

to Him everything is trifling, yet He intimately knows every atom of our bodies!

God can use anything.
He used evil nations to chasten Israel.
He can use another person's post to be a sign for you.
He sunk the Titanic with an iceberg.
Life and death is in the tongue.
God can take our vain, flippant, casual posts and use them to be the message that changes someone else's world.
I believe all of that.

And wow. I just got the magnitude of that verse! See it was good that you posted it!
You were probably just making a meaningful post but to me it was illuminating as to the might and mind of God.
And you didnt intend that, but it happened, so now you have to deal with the consequences. Of being used to help me :)

He takes up nations! Entire continents with their entire populations like a drop of water.

Even if you were completely mocking me, it still warms my heart to hear it.
When you're a Christian, you're already unpopular with the world. But when you're a Christian that's different, then you're really at a loss to find anyone you can really call a friend.
I believe God has showed me that no matter how few people hear the words I say, there are people that need to hear them. The majority will disregard or scoff at them. But they will reach the few who need to hear them.

Ha! Ha!

Why don´t you dare to LIST those name you can pick from the member lists?

Example: http://christianchat.com/members/list/

If you do so, probably, you will be the first to be voted (next it will be me).

Ha! Ha! :p

Secular! You hurt my heart. How could you think I would ever vote for you for the most hated? I thought you knew me better than that:p

I don't think there is a most hated man or woman on CC. I argue and debate as little as possible on here and in my life. It's not worth it.

If someone really were to bother me I'd put them on ignore. Guess how many people are on my ignore list? Zero, nada, zip.

Cyphercat, you're not hated. People may not always agree with you, but no one hates you. If they do then they need to find some solace with God and ask why they feel that way.

Ha! Ha! I dude you will vote in a poll for anything like this... I said: I would be 2nd IF Cypher dared to do such a thing.

Just hear the rumor of such an animosity (Too much hummming).

Cypher!

Just make a poll for those loved ones.

Here is my list: TOSKA, J-kay and LAV.

These are my loved ones in CC.

Nope, was not mocking you in the least. I have personally encountered indivduals on this site who, rather than discuss WHAT one's point was - would rather criticize or denigrate another. Especially sad when it is one christian doing that to another christian.
So, I stand by my original post.

like "the small dust of the balance" - not even enough to be measured on the scale! like a puff of smoke.

i meant to give the meaning that every one of us might as well be the "most unpopular" -- but yeah, God is unspeakably awesome! even the "most popular on CC" isn't even a grain of salt before Him.

how is it He stoops down to embrace us?? may i always remember to THANK HIM!

I hear you. I had attitude problems in the beginning because of the drugs. I don't know how Zaoman took the words I wrote. I was expecting him to show up at my front door ready to fight. I deserved it. And while I was sitting there that night terrified for my life, I realized that if God told him to do that, then who am I to fight against God. I would have to just give myself over to whatever they wanted to do to me. I don't even know Zaoman! The terror I felt is probably God using it to set me straight so that I don't rail on another person again.

I came to this site prepared to be regarded as hostile because of the nature of my addiction, and the stigma of being known as a drug addict. How can you listen to what I say when I might have drank cough syrup? I have learned how to be normal and still drink it to ease my stomach pains (I hate getting high with the stuff, it's demonic and new agey and witchcraft, which I hate with a passion) but I want it out of my life entirely so I can serve the Lord unhindered. I want to say, "If I had a wife, I would drop the tussin immediately", but that is not the solution. The solution is to be alone with Christ, and delight myself in the Lord. To seek first the Kingdom of God, and then all I need will be added to me on that foundation.

I know I'm not hated. Just different and only able to relate to certain people. But we are all brothers and sisters, and I will gladly relate with any Christian about the love for Christ, which we can all agree on. But we are still in the world and we have personalities, egos, cliques, sexual attraction, hidden motives, and fleshly lusts to deal with.
But I look forward to praising the Lord with you all at that ultimate meeting in Heaven one day. Then we will only talk about Christ forever and it will be something new and exciting every moment forever.
