Hmmm,If 80 percent of America claims to be Christian,how is it we sit by and let govt. propose taking "In God we Trust" off american currency or not being able to pray in schools.Anybody have answers because those are only a few things this nation has done towards taking God out of our nation.

You can't take God out of a nation. He's everywhere.

Also,America is a secular nation, with a secular constitution. The first amendment to the constitution makes sure that we have freedom of religion by not having an established national religion. Also, I wouldn't mind having "In God We Trust" taken off of the currency, especially when that money goes to to fund all sorts of immoral things around the world, like wars.

Those issues were brought to US courts by militant aetheists who want God removed from every public place and off of our money. Unfortunately it then becomes a battle for the courts and the people are pretty powerless to do anything about it except maybe protest an unfavorable outcome.
