It is known to me the name used for king David was dovid halelech also called dovid hashem but the name used very often was dovid hamelech does anyone know why ?

"David Ha Melech" simply means "David The King" in Hebrew, just like Melech-Tzedek (Melchizedek) means "King [of] Righteousness".
Ha Shem simply means "The Name" and was/is often used by Orthodox Jews to refer to God. It's a title for Father Yah (like "LORD" or "God" is) for those who thought his name was too holy to pronounce...so Dovid Ha Shem is "David [of] The Name" (or David of God).
Yes brother i knew what hashem meant but was not sure why ha melech i thank you brother for the info i normaly ask my rabbi friend but he is busy these days but studying my roots is very interesting to see what my people are going through and still go through to this day
