I'm sure it has been mentioned/suggested, I tried to scan through the previous suggestions but - here I go.

Before the site UI upgrade, one was able to minimize the PM pop-ups - this can no longer be done.
Before the site UI upgrade, one received the little "ding!" alert with the little flashy bit next to the profile PMing you, this is no longer the case.

The Report User button should move slightly because I've mistakenly reported a few users - not good.

Then.... what would be really truly Awesome is if Not-married people trying to PM married people have to first request to do so, so the married person can simply decline the chat!! EPIC STUFF!

The changes in chat are still 'beta', so they are not complete. So there may still be some old things reinstated and new things added.
As far as the report button, someone did make a comment about that, but according to Admin the report button is just a placeholder right now and does not function yet.

Far as the last thing, why not just not respond? If you think the concept through, it doesn't make sense. Because a married man could be attempting to PM a married woman, or vice versa. That could also be seen by some as inappropriate.

Hi, Mrs TashMeyer!

I myself have blocked the PM option, when I´ve found somewhere people promoting themselves and their "worldwide" ministries..., because I believed it was TOO selfish and selfcentered, then I desided not to use it any more: People can interact PUBLICLY, showing who she/he is without any shame, BECAUSE THERE IS NOT PRIVACY on the internet.

Regarding genders, I´m happy that I have learned that BLUE in a nickname is a MALE, and PINK is a WOMAN... Thanks to CC people!

I wish I knew when people is married
, so I have done my search to avoid being invasive (or abusive) because I don´t know when a woman is engaged (emotionally or legally), and I would respect those LIMITS my eyes cannot see.

These are my reasons to be "locked" on PMs. Thanks Mrs Meyer! I took this chance to "explain" anything I haven´t said. I also wish any of these enhancements were considered on CC staff.

I know the cite is for CHATTING, but I´m not dead (yet).

Hahaha brother - I agree there - Thanks Ugly, your point makes better sense. I've even changed my profile pic to a cupcake so that 'hunters' don't come hunting for oppurtunity. But you're right I don't have to respond either. I still remains annoying that the chat still just pops up in your face lol a little bling to the side is enough to notify you of an incoming PM.

I have many friends I talk to in PM but they have been approved by me and accepted and we all have a common respect for one another so I don't want to block my PM completely. lol

You see, now that's just so noble! Thank you for showing such respect brother SECULARHERMIT - youre awesome!

Ja! Ja!

You are one of those I let in!

There are several (more than usual) I have let "to be in", but those I love MORE I let "out"... It is that I´m not showy to show (or screen) those I have liked (They do know, by the way). :o

Ha! Ha!

Otherwise, I would feel obliged and I don´t use this site (too much). Once I be healed, from some sores, I´ll be back home, and would conecnt when I work fixing a PC, just then.

I feel I would miss several people, in CC. This fellowship -I have encountered for myself- is much better than attending to a ANY Church.

Here´s a hermit who wrote. :p

The PM minimize button will return.

Currently the report button is not enabled and I do not know if it will be relocated or not.

As yet, I do not know if the green blinker that announces a PM will return.

Re - the single PMer having to request if they may PM a married chatter - the Ignore button and PM chat box message both address unwanted PMs but if all else fails, contacting a mod thru PM or CC email can also address this issue.

Here's a link to the mods:

Hope that helps.

I think they changed to the pop up because people are always missing PMs. Especially new users that don't know the sound or what it means. But its still beta, so who knows how it may change still.
