this is true, but he leaves enough hints so although we may not comprehend exactly how things happen. but we can see and test some things.

If God says in Jerusalem, there is sin and punishment for sin, and death, and withholding rain so that crops do not grow. We can know with assurance, this is not a heavenly post destruction of this heaven and earth event.

3. Modern Flight

eternally gratful, I agree, the old T. Jerusalem is not the New Jer. in Rev. 21.! BUT, Just think, How God is going to HONOR His old T. nation, Israel, by calling the Bride of Christ, the New Jerusalem,.!? SELAH! LOVE to all, Hoffco

True, But that OT jerusalem you are talking about is still a future jerusalem. It is not the one which was destroyed, but the one, as it says, which will be rebuilt.

Destruction that comes under the shadow of a cloud while
being lifted to the heaves with the tempest of a storm that
causes the earth to undulate and quake while burning cities
with evil fire that you would not cook over or warm at that leaves the cities
uninhabitable which results in the noise being heard around the world.

A lot of truth to be found for sure!

In Isaiah Jerusalem, ALL the people shall be righteous...
I do not understand, why you keep pulling your argument in HEAVEN...
Both Isaiah Jerusalem, and John Jerusalem...were seen in EARTH... (eventhough, It was Heavenly Jerusalem) John did not see it in Heaven...He describes the New Jerusalem after it descended to Earth.

You were asking is there sin in heaven, I can also ask you...IS there sickness in Heaven? Why would the nations need Healing?

Rev 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

There is eternal wealth in heaven. Why does God need to bring the wealth of the nations? The city is made with streets of Gold!

 [SUP] 12 [/SUP]“For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish, And the nations will be utterly ruined.

So there is SIN in the new jerusalem And they will DIE? SInce when is there death in heaven?

I like Johns prophesy, the kings of the earth trying to hide, and yelling at God for his wrath, "WHo can withstand it" they say.

What is interesting to me is the fact that (they think God's wrath has come) (6th seal)...God's wrath is not announced as here until the 7th trump....

Yes, who can abide the day of his wrath<---------NOBODY unless HE deems it! Just think, when God gets done there will be few men left and a man (singular) will be worth more that fine gold.

I would say it is all part of gods wrath, I think the 7th is the culmination of it. But I could be wrong

Either why the whole will be so great a tribulation. Amazingly, people think this was 70 AD. This time will make ww2 look like a picnic in the park. let alone 70 AD. which was nothing as compaired to ww2!

I agree....just the first 5 seals will kill 1.7 billion people plus world wide....like Jesus said...If he did not step in for the sake of the elect (which most people miss) there would be no flesh left alive....
 
I think the punishment for sinning on the old earth, and will be during the reign of Christ for 1,ooo yrs.. Rev. 21:24 says the saved nations will bring glory into the New Jer. on the new earth. This shows the value of putting the N.T. above the old, as far as interpretation is concerned. Love to all, Hoffco

was was impossible in 70 AD. I do not think we can fathom how horrible this will be.

I agree...we can get a slim idea based upon scripture, but the totality of what will happen will be so graphic that the bravest men will hide like whipped dogs and the toughest men will weep like little children...Luke 21--->men' hearts failing because of fear......

Maybe John was looking at the front of the House and Isaiah was looking at the Back...

They both look at the same house just different side of the house...The door at the back maybe different at the front.

God will indeed build the city...
God will indeed build it...How he will build it?...Did John saw How? Did he say he will use hammer?

dcon... you might consider who is in control of the Seals Judgments, Jesus , opens them, and controls them. and when they occur, the last 2,000 yrs, I believe they are almost over, and the opening of the 6th seal is the rapture of the Church. The seals are present day wrath of God on this earth ,now. The trumpets and bowls, are equal, God's great wrath, and are not the same as the Seals . The great day of God's wrath starts at the 7th seal. Love to all, Hoffco

Ok. we are done. I am not sure why you are so against their being a future kingdom of God here on this earth, which Christ ruling with a rod of Iron. And after that kingdom, THEN the new jerusalem comes after the final judgment
