I have been active on the forums on CC for a little over a year, now. Having been an active member of forums before, I knew how great they could be, but it can be a little intimidating when you're new. However, I am so glad that I made the jump from chat (where I also met some great people, but I'm more of a forums person now) to here.

You all have picked me up when I was down; pointed me to Christ; rejoiced when I have rejoiced; encouraged me and metaphorically helped wiped my tears away; given me friendship and guidance; given me wisdom and perspective; made me laugh and smile when I've needed it; and so much more.

Many of you have touched my life and my heart, and continue to do so.

Sorry to get all sappy. I just realized how thankful I was for this wonderful community. There are hard times and there are good times, there are times when the forums are dead and times when they are a blast. We all live our lives away from the computer, and we are all different, and yet the feeling of connection online here is real.

I hope you all know how much you are appreciated, and I know the feeling is not just mine, I know many of you probably agree. So...thank you all. :) /endofsappyness

I feel the same way, in just a short space of time so many of these people have become such great friends to me, there is no need for me to mention their names because they know who they are, mainly they are the ones who is from our streams thread and I appreciate it.

Yes, it is simply amazing how many wonderful people on here embody what the love of Christ should look like. I truly have much to learn from each one of my brothers and sisters who reside here. May Christ always be the focal point of area aspect of our lives. God Bless.

You know, I was thinking of posting something similar to this myself. It's true. Neither CC nor the folks thereof are perfect, but we are vessels. Who would refuse a chipped glass filled with life-giving water?

As if thicker curtains would stop Julianna! Ya know, every time I watch the Progressive commercial where Flo repels from the ceiling, I think of Julianna. That's probably how she saw you type your post.

Amen akrick!! I've only been here about a week or so. Everyone here is great!! I almost like posting in the forums better than chatting in the rooms!! Lol. :)
