Mom is coming home today since they're moving the biopsy to a later date. Frustrating, bad I'm glad to have my mom back.
I meant it's frustrating and bad they're moving it to an even further date. But I'm glad to have my mom back. Brain went kaput today. Huge headache.

My house is like a psych ward. lol. My cousin is a very emotional woman. One day she was half asleep, got up to feed the dog....dropped her cellphone in a bowl full of cat water. Then she flips out, wakes her boyfriend up and all of a sudden it's his fault she dropped her phone and she chews him up one side and down the other while demanding he buy her a new phone. ha ha, that's just one off the top of my head.

Hopefully he didn't replace her cell phone and called her out on her temper tantrum.

That's always been a favorite verse of mine and I heard about it long before I believed in the bible. Believe it or not I heard about it in a story given by Col. Oliver North (USMC) who was facing a very long trial regarding the Iran-Contra affair back in the 1980's. He said the trial was mentally and physically exhasting him and he didn't know how much longer he could continue defending himself on the stand and then one day a little old lady came up to him and gave him a card and on it was that verse and he said that his belief in God and that verse are what gave him the strength to continue. He said he never found out who that woman was but he said she may well have been an angel as far as he's concerned.

Nope, he caved........that's what made it so funny. lol
Oh goodness, lol. If I ever even tried to throw a temper tantrum and got my way I'd feel REALLY bad about it. I always feel really bad when I get upset at someone and then they let me get my way.

Mopping the floor....if I had a house chore I liked, I'd say I like mopping. Don't ask me why.

I spend at least 40 hours a week painting. I'd be happy to stand there watching telling you how you're doing it wrong. :p

We watched a movie the other night called "It's Really a Funny Story", about a teenager who goes into a psychiatric hospital after telling someone he was thinking of committing suicide. What I loved about this movie was how real everyone was in the psych unit. They talked about their very serious problems like it was normal to have problems. It was like... "So you're suicidal? Nice to meet you. I'm so-and-so and I cut myself. This is so-and-so and he is schizophrenic." No hiding problems, no feeling huge burdens of shame... they all just realized and completely accepted that everyone has problems.

If only real life was like the psychiatric ward.... right?

Every day is a day in the psych ward. Remember, it's the people outside the ward you have to worry about, they don't have fancy jackets and padded cells.
