Presley: Is it for the 'We walk by faith, not by sight' verse that you're planning?

Blessings.
Nope it's a different one. But I still haven't made up my mind if I'll be getting more than one. But if I get a few more it will be one that I'm gonna get.

Presley: Well, okay. Whatever else later, you seem pretty determined to get needled with the design with the Bible and 'We walk by faith not by sight' in English, anyway...

Blessings.

IS there a stated age? In some countries were some tribes, they tattoo there young at a very age, even in ancient times. But in most countries today. People will have Tattoo's around 16 onwards. As a Christian I think we need to have right decision when having a Tattoo. As we not under law but under grace. So if we as a Christian is to have a tattoo, then we its good to take note to have right discernment of what type. Longs the tattoo don't promote violence, evilness, demonic, even images of Christ. As we all know it says not to create an images from heaven above or the earth below.

Personally I don't think its bad to have a tattoo, and it's not a sin. Just we as Christians need to think and have right discernment as to what to have.
In many states and provinces in North America the limit is 18, for tattoos.

What's it like in the UK?

I think you said your favorite verse was Rev. 21.4; many Christians get faith based tattoo design, which are often a Bible ref.

So how many times would you guess that you've been to the parlor for ink?

Blessings.

Well, it's really good to want to testify. :)

Does this mean you are now done getting inked? for some Christians - not all - getting a faith based design done is part of the motivation for witnessing.

Blessings.

Some call my next tattoo demonic and I simply laugh. Christian based yes with a hint of Cherokee Indian since I am part Indian. It'll be surrounded by words which say " you threw me far from grace, now I fall onto it"

You've learned to love the grace of God in Christ, right? All the believer has and is in Him is by grace alone.

So have you gotten your appointment yet? sounds like you'll want to talk it over thoroughly, first of all.

Blessings.

No that is not what the words. Mean. Basically God threw me far from him just so I can fall back on him. And I'm looking for a professional that is very good at what I am looking to get done

Yes. well, it's wonderful to fall back firmly on His grace as it is in Christ.

Sounds like you want a really good tattoo artist to express clearly your trust in His grace, which you now want to rest in.

Will it maybe be your first tattoo as a Christian?

Blessings.

Part of the thrill of going under the inking needle is all the planning beforehand and deciding the placement. Now with a Christian design likely to fit in with your motivation to witness to others, you might find it will be a particularly joyful experience for you.

Blessings.
