Really? I was told caught preaching for your faith you can be arrested? How true is that when there are booklets in Canada? O also wanted to drive and preach there but some have said not too!
If you are in a public place and not disturbing businesses, you can do street preaching. Depending on where you are, the laws may vary, though some may even be unconstitutional and could be contended in court. Contact a religious liberty pro bono law firm to get educated on your rights.

I see I will have to keep that in mind then. That would be what I do. I don't want to start. Uproar of any kind. I have a pastor friend I grew up . Matt Maddix to be precise what he does is go to every state bless shelters so on so forth spreading Gods love and helping out with what he can. I'd be close to what he does only I'd be a truck driver

I have been a truck driver for a few years. Preaching at truck stops is difficult in that it is considered private property and like always it requires the owners consent. Petrol fuel stops and a few TA truckstops do provide church services in specialty modified trailers that local ministries run. With land owner permission of coarse. Pilots and Flying J's generally carry the best christian literature for sale but seldom services. The life of a truck driver is often a conflict to opportunities of preaching. However being a Christian truck driver I have found some unique opportunities to witness to others. I definitely appreciate the zeal. I will pray as you find yourself emersed in the world of truck driving that you not be disheartened because its a different world than most are used to.

I have issues with women preaching... but I'll keep that to myself and Just encourage you to read 1 Timothy 31 Timothy 3

English Standard Version (ESV)

Qualifications for Overseers

3 The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task. 2 Therefore an overseer[a] must be above reproach, the husband of one wife,[b] sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive,5 for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church? 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7 Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil.
Qualifications for Deacons

8 Deacons likewise must be dignified, not double-tongued,[c] not addicted to much wine, not greedy for dishonest gain. 9 They must hold the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience. 10 And let them also be tested first; then let them serve as deacons if they prove themselves blameless. 11 Their wives likewise must[d] be dignified, not slanderers, but sober-minded, faithful in all things. 12 Let deacons each be the husband of one wife, managing their children and their own households well. 13 For those who serve well as deacons gain a good standing for themselves and also great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus.
The Mystery of Godliness

14 I hope to come to you soon, but I am writing these things to you so that, 15 if I delay, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, a pillar and buttress of the truth. 16 Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness:
He[e] was manifested in the flesh,
vindicated[f] by the Spirit,[g]
seen by angels,
proclaimed among the nations,
believed on in the world,
taken up in glory.

Wow didn't no I was crazy lol! Don't even know that David person. As for me being a pastor it's Gods calling for my life many disagree but what u have been thru and been brought of I can be a witness to anyone on this earth.

Life has brought me thru many journeys and therefore I can witness to many types of people. Most folk that went thru what I had to are dead or in prison for the rest of there life.

As my tattoo says " you threw me far from GRACE, now I fall onto it" simply meaning my life in general.

Coolgirl dont let them bother you. I was blasted to about this not being a dating site. Guess we are supposed to find a date at the First Baptist Bar and Grill that Tim Wilson sings about. Makes you wonder if maybe there is some jealousy!
Jealous? Maybe. Or perhaps because the SITE OWNER and his admins have made this statement themselves. Perhaps rather than flinging mud and making silly accusations try asking questions and finding facts first.

And really, jealous of what? Its a bunch of single people. What is there to be jealous of? Ridiculous.

An old buddy of mine introduced me to CW McCall, Johnny Horton, and a few other artists that I love. Bill Fries (AKA CW McCall) lives here in Co and served as the mayor of Ouray for several years. Wolf Creek Pass really is one of the more notorious mountain passes among truckers here in CO, and Black Bear Road (another one of his songs) is a popular 4WD trail just outside the town of Ouray.
