Man who is God?
I don't care what "God" thinks
Matter of fact he is not even real
He is just fairy tale that Man created to keep us in bondage!

Well what do people care we say this to God all the time maybe not with our mouths but spiritually with our careless actions this is what we say to the Good Lord every single day.

And for those of you who think that "I'm not one of those people,she is not talking about me" you're right..... you're ten time worse for thinking that you have it all together that's pride and now you see yourself wise in your own eyes.

Some of us (when I say some I really want to say all) have been disrespecting God so much is not even funny. How?
well we have gotten so comfortable with the way we are we have gotten used to God.
That's why we are able to do somethings so careless because we think everything is alright ,we don't even ask God anymore to change us because we think that we're good and even when we do ask we reject the answer because it's not to our liking or we don't even realize.

WRONG!!!


Don't ever get use to God and don't ever get use to church when these two things start happening you will miss what the Lord is doing and you won't fear him anymore.

Actually most of us have never feared God.

Actually we don't fear God.

We think we do but we don't.

If we did some of us wouldn't act the way we act I've even see here on CC someone say something we don't like OR agree with we have to retort and throw bible scriptures in each others faces back and forth to prove each right

why?

And why are you arguing about the bible look at how the enemy just caused division.

because of pride you don't think that you are wrong so you have to prove it because you want to be right. What's wrong with being wrong?
Why don't you let that humble you

we call each other names and we make the other person feel stupid instead of helping one other we love we act like pharisees yet we call ourselves Christians.

Please and we wonder why no one believes in God or want to go to church or we everyone condemns Christians so bad. Because its true but our pride won't let us see the truth.

Some of us have done what I call spiritual Identity theft and you know who we have done it to God.

We use his name and then do the opposite of who he is. Ruining his image call ourselves children of God but you act more like Satan's child with your're murdering mouths and thoughts.

I'm so scared for the church everyone is so laid back thinking that everything is all good they have nothing to worry about.

"I'm saved and sanctify" or "once saved always"

How prideful

comments like those is so disheartening

Even as I write this I will get backlash but its Ok Jesus went through the same thing but it was a million times worse.

the Truth will either offend you or save you.

My Sister nothing has influenced me what I have seen,heard, and experienced causes such a sadness in my heart I can't even begin to explain it to you because many will not believe me and I know why the same thing happened to the Great people in the bible and even Jesus himself the church has become soooo Lukewarm its not even funny a lot of people take God so lightly and if you look around you how prepared do you really think the church is all of us I mean like if the Good Lord were to come right now how many would go.Even here on CC what I see makes me to cry out to the Lord for mercy I'm so scared for everyone:(

because I wanted majority people to see it and quite a few number go on Biblestudy and this was something I felt deep in my spirit to do and as for my picture I never posted one of myself so what picture are you referring to:confused: and my brother if you'd like go to my Facebook and look me up and see for yourself who I really am my name is Chrichna pericles :)

Yes I agree a lot of churches have turned lukewarm! The Bible speaks of those churches in revelations. We live in a dangerous world for sure. I question how many will be raptured out of this world. I myself tries my best to be vigilant in all I do and especially for the Lord. The Bible also states that more will be in he'll than heaven, and that is sad enough in itself.

That's why people like me and you need to open the door wide and start bringing people who need the Lord in the church or least point them in right direction. We have all made mistakes and fall short of the glory of God. But thru Him we inherite eternal life..

I can understand you sadness and concerns. My question is why would you make a blanket statement like that? Not everyone here and in the world are lukewarm. Not everyone is complacent in their salvation. There are many, many people who love God with all their hearts and are on fire with the love they have for Him. They strive every day to be better Christians, to serve God, to help the lost find their salvation, to help the people in need. Not everyone takes God lightly, they nurture their relationship with Him and work hard to live their lives in a way that would be pleasing to God.

Blessing to you. Thank you for trying to get the attention of the people who have become lukewarm in their faith. Just remember, though, that not everyone fits the description you have given.

My sister :) I didn't mean everyone of course but the number who is lukewarm is like 85% of the church (I believe) and there is not enough of the ones who are on the right but narrow path to the Lord.I made that bold statement because we need the Elijahs,Moses,Davids,Johns for this generation to stand up and help the ones that aren't on the right path because the Good Lord loves us all and we are one in his eyes that is what he desires not just these small number of people who are truly following him thats not what Jesus died for he died to save everyone we all we need to help each other find him I mean my sister can you honestly say that we as Christians do that anymore most of us worry about ourselves or we become sissies to be bold and stand up for the truth because we are scared of persecution from Man

Sorry, but there is a picture on your profile page..........just saying........you may catch some grief for double posting, and maybe not........most Forums consider double posting to be against the rules........but they will probably let you slide.

One question I do have is how did you arrive at the "85%" number concerning "lukewarm churches?"

Do you have any data to back this up, or is it just your opinion? If it's just an opinion, you do realize that painting with such a broad brush may wrongly accuse people?

I have a problem with "out of thin air" percentages/numbers and such because in my opinion they can do real harm even when it isn't intended. It isn't even necessary.............

Anyway............oh, I DO NOT facebook........ :) never will..........

Thank you for clarifying that for me. I apologize for misunderstanding you and I apologize if you felt like I was harsh. I honestly did not know that the % of Christians who are lukewarm was so high. Then again, I am new to this. It has not even been a year since I accepted Christ into my life and was baptized. I can say that I have had countless people tell me I will lose some of the zeal for Christ that I have now, that I am in the honeymoon stage. Now that is depressing to me--the expectation that I will eventually become lukewarm. I am determined to not let that happen:D. I love our Father with all of my heart and only want to sing His praises and help lead others to Him.

No no you didn't not at all I knew not alot of people would not get what I was said like my brother above you in the forum but by the grace of God the church will move forward :D

Questioning someone is not the same as persecution. No-one likes a victim complex. That said, you do speak some truth. We do need to be challenged to walk the straight and narrow and to keep our eyes fixed on Christ.

Oh and my sister you won't lose your zeal because once you have a relationship with Jesus its hard not be obsessed(in a good way) with him because you are always finding new things about and he is such a loving humble man you always want to be around his presence and person so don't worry keep praying and fighting don't listen to what people say because sometimes they can take your mind of track:eek:
