sports all together doesn't count...its not important...
But in NT it does say to do things which are Good..
Exercising is Good,but it needn't be show off and for display in gym...
Its unhealthy and not natural..
Doing it Natural and doing it wearing modest clothing if in public is legit not only for me,but for everyone...

nope..but a lil thick that requires a lil cardio
never been gym freak,i had natural athletic body in childhood itself..
stopped gymmin when i found its bad to take excess weight in unnatural ways..
i do grounds a lot,...
nowadays a lil dull,...but lol,not like that pic..

Dear,
Don't take this negatively...
Don't go for 'exposing-body building'..
Stay with God and exercise..
Don't become a starving model,most men hate it.
And you will have health issues after marriage...and natural health is better than gym health:)
Read Book of Daniel(with maintaining food control,fasting and Praying to God) and see how He stayed healthier when King tried Him..
you are God's Creation,...He loves you as you are..
