Hi Pastor D... I am, along with the others very touched by your testimony. I want
to say how often we ( all in general ) misunderstand people when we see comments
and do not know the person long enough to know how to really know what makes
them tick. It takes a long time to get to know one another and when we find behind
what appears a hard nosed 'christian' who appears to be "controversial" ( no pun
intended ).... it helps to see one another as human beings created by God and to
be brothers and sisters in Christ. I think we all have had issues on other sites
that have caused us to put up a wall and it takes time to peel of the layers of paint,
little at a time. I am sometimes moody when I eat too much sugary food and get
quite cranky. It comes out in my writing. Or if I am grieving from loss as I have
the two friends in the past two week, (too death) grief changes my reaction to
my posts.
Back to the topic about getting to know one another, I think also those of us who
have lost our children or grandchild or any loved one, can have empathy and often
times it does help to open up that door and let the light of love from the brothers
and sisters in. The SONSHINE is a Savior who is waiting for the Word from the
Father... SON, the time has come to bring our Children home. Until then we will
keep trying to love when we don't always feel like loving. We will pray for those
who do not ask for it, but the Spirit shows us "that person needs prayer.".
Thank you again for an awesome post and allowing us to be your friend,
Pastor D.
