Jenga? Pure evil. This game was designed to represent the Tower of Babel. It teaches kids that they can bypass God and exceed the heights intended for mortal man. And...the toy companies are behind it all.... (sarcasm intended)

Jk, actually as a kid I used to recreate biblical scenes with my Legos too.
If we can use it to preach the Gospel, why not?

yep, its a plastic building block use for a children. and Child like adults. But how is a piece of Lego, EVIL? and just because its not in the bible, its classed as EVIL? according to many people lol. can you believe this? I don't know why I am even entertaining this thread by answering it. Next people will be saying a Leaf is evil, or a remote control, oh notooooo, remote control is not in the bible, oh darn it, it must be evil. LOL

yep, its a plastic building block use for a children. and Child like adults. I'm Sorry folks for my quick comments, But if the op, titled the thread, " Is the Lego Movie Evil ?" Or Can Lego be a tool for Satan? But because the OP stated Rather than asked. Then the answers and comments would be different. All because a polish priest probably never got to play with Lego when he was little, he thinks its evil and a tool of Satan? come On! Well you can see how threads like this is going to go derailed, defused, and comments go wild.

Lego are plastic building blocks, that's specially designed to connect to each other, for the imagination of children. and Child like adults to build things for fun. Lego is great for Children and adults in some cases, to make things to there imagination. it encourages young kids to think, and build all for fun.

Now if a movie director, or a person who has evil intentions to use Lego for, then yes I will agree, that's were the dangers thats objects like Lego can be a tool for Satan. But It's not a tool, and not designed or intended to be used for evil. Because they are only plastic toys. So you can see why the sarkie comments, because the op, stated rather than asked.

So you're saying that just because my whole house is built of Legos... I must be childish???

Childlike and childish are two different things. The first is something to aim for, the second is just immaturity. You're fine, Maxwel. :)

Maybe I should mention that my Jenga is Donkey Kong themed. Just to thicken the plot and fuel the fire.
 
Hmm curiously I could argue either viewpoint on the LEGO from personal experience.

One one hand LEGO seems to be okay because its just innocent toy I used to play with to build stuff in my time alone as a lil kid.

On the other hand since my friends' parents wouldn't let them own toy guys as kids we just made lego guns and taped them together to pretend to shoot eachother in a highly elaborate game called Guns that we played in my neighborhood as kids and then would disassemble the evidence lol.


Meh, then again I suppose I'd argue that LEGOs are archaic and obsolete either way now that today's kid has an iphone and ps4.

So maybe this lego house is the one Jesus was talking about the "house built upon the sand?????"

My kids said when they got rid of pirate lego, the whole thing just collapsed in ruin. Although my granddaughter learned all her colours before the age of two, by building a tower with lego, while I said the colours over and over. Plus, she loves the Winnie the Pooh lego.

I played with mini-bricks when I was a kid, because lego had not been invented. I wonder if mini-bricks were evil too?

The "OP" placed a question mark after the title, so clearly it was NOT a statement: personally I think Lego isn't evil at all. It's ironic that a RCC representative DARES to call it evil. I mean, The RCC itself teaches false doctrine and facilitates the abuse of children worldwide.
 
Lego and Mechano inspired todays architects and engineers, most if not all will say they played with these as a kid. Today it is true kids do not really want to play with these things , it is sad, how will the engineers and architects of the future get thier inspiration and desire today?
