You supposedly quote the NIVUK, which I don't have, to insinuate that God doesn't change His mind. My KJV clearly shows that to be a lie.
So you tell me - one of us is lying. Does/can God change His mind or not?

Numbers 23:19

New International Version - UK (NIVUK)

19 God is not human, that he should lie,
not a human being, that he should change his mind.

Does he speak and then not act?
Does he promise and not fulfil?
You tell me exactly what you meant to say. What I read says that God won't change His mind. That is what I responded to, and you haven't denied that you are saying that. I don't have a NIVUK bible and you quoted it, the way I read it. If you meant something else, you are a very poor communicator, as this whole back and forth is based on that premise. Since you haven't denied that your nivuk says that, then I am left to defend what I know to be truth. And truth clearly refutes your post and shows it to be false. So you tell me: Did I misunderstand your original post? Or does your bible say God doesn't change His mind? Which is it?

looks like your liing in wait to crucify the truth over and over again including me phil well done pal. why ?
A statement like that would only come from one of two people: one that doesn't read my posts (as all my posts are biblically supported), or one that is wrong and simply lashes out because that is all they have left.

The ball is in your court. Clear the air. Did you say that God doesn't change His mind?
Is your communication simply very poor?

Either way, you have defended an untenable position and allowed this to go on far to long.
Hold your silence or apologise for the error you made, of two possibilities.

The King James English translation uses archaic English that didn't have the same meaning 400 years ago as it does now. So, the archaic translations indicating that God "repented" really indicated that God was sorry or "changed His mind." Since God never sins, He has no need of repentance. Some skeptics have pointed out that an omniscient God should never change His mind, since He always should know what was going to happen. In reality, God never changes His mind, but warns rebellious people to give them the opportunity to change their minds before He judges them

Does the Bible Say God Repents From Doing Evil?

God is merciful and compassionate, not wanting any to perish. God has bound Himself by His Law, because He has spoken it, and will not lie. Nature declares God's Law, animals and creeping things declare God's law. Man only, is free to choose.

....so..when examining where in the kjv it lists the times "God repented", take heed you are not deceived. Closer scrutiny will disclose that God has pity, shows mercy, and delays punishment, but never goes back on His Word.

If you still choose to except the ten commandment are no longer in existence after reading this then there really something missing as you 55 and you should know what truth by now

You have a terrible confusion and is that the LAW does not Mix with the GRACE, If you live the Grace you keep the commandments by default.
If you live by the LAW you dead to the Spirit. and the LAW will Judge YOU, and you Negating the blood of Christ.

The principle is simple the Grace is superior to the LAW~

But you have another agenda, and is to believe christians should became JEWS, which is Unreasonable.

Paul's point is not that the law was not needed for living. He himself live the principles of the ten commandments. He kept the Sabbath. Jesus kept the Sabbath. All Christians must keep the Sabbath. It is not just for the Jews since it was instituted at Creation before there was any Jew. But not as a means of salvation. Those who are saved by grace depend on grace alone for their salvation. But their lives should be elevated. They do not kill, do not commit adultery, do not lie (or attempt not to lie), honor their parents (and elders and everybody else), do not worship idols, and keep the sabbath. And beyond these they practice the principles of faith and love which are the ultimate manifestation of obedience.

Paul Did lived the law, Paul was circumcised in the flesh, so he has to live the law.... No argument!

But Paul told the Gentiles not to Circumcise and do not make the foolish decision to became a like a Jew. Paul told the Gentiles to live by Grace no by the law.

How could you read 75% of the TN written by Paul, without understanding This.
To the romans He wrote like a Jew, because he was writing to Jews living in Rome.
To the Galatians he wrote...... how a Gentile needs to live.

But if you use the letter of the romans to teach the Galatians you making a monumental mistake.

There is no biblical direction to keep the sabbath today. You want to? Fine. Pick the day you want. Just don't pretend you are told to keep the sabbath.
Not beyond these...these are what love is about. Obeying the two commandments Christ gave us frees us from worrying about, or having to follow, the law.
We are now under the perfect law of liberty.
The law of liberty is a phrase from James 1:25 and James is talking about includes the ten commandments: "If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, 'Love your neighbor as yourself,' you are doing right. But if you show favoritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers. For whoever keeps the whole and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. For he who said, 'Do not commit adultery,' also said 'Do not murder.' If you do not commit adultery but do commit murder, you have become a lawbreaker" (James 2:8-11).

The word 'perfect' means whole. So James refers to the whole spectrum of God's law. This includes the Sabbath. Why single it out for exclusion? I don't hear you allowing people to violate the law against stealing or murder.

Christ did not just give two laws. "Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called the least in the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:19). The word perfect in 'the perfect law of liberty' means 'complete.' So as I said, he is referring to the whole spectrum of God's law.

I have a faith of liberty. And the Sabbath provides the greatest liberty. On that day, I forget all concerns about my job or any business. I have 24 hours to enjoy fellowship with God and others.

your a fine one to say you keep the law by default, i have witnessed you break that law umpteen times only your blind you can not see.

there is only one law i think you keep by default and that is your law not Gods.
you can not handle the truth you have been shown it over and over again you think you have all the answers not only do you defile your self you defile God with you constant debate about the law which has gone now every day since you have been here.

what you need to is go and soak your head in head in some vinegar because im seriously starting to think that is the way you are only going to wash all that hatred and rubbish you have in your head for Gods word and his truth and his children who have tried to help you.

if you had ant decency in you, you would of by now have stopped your little annoying game you have been playing since the day you came here.
i can no longer help you i have done all that i can and i am sorry to say but you are the first member i am putting on my ignore list since the whole 2 years i have been here i have never put anyone on that list you are the first.
And i have to say that now after hearing many other like you in this thread completely trashing the word of God and by arguing the toss about we are not under the law you and others will be on that list to and actually i am glad i have spent time on this discussin because its opened my eyes to people who claim to be children of God.
i sense i know you from somewhere to you remind of verry hateful person i know who victimizes people.

Thanks for the Honor!
But the fight about the LAW vs the grace was not started my me.....once upon a time there were some pharisees... that went to teach the Law to Gentiles converted by the grace of God, by the work of another retired pharisee called Paul of tarso..... see ACTs 15, this Argument started there.
2000 Years ago, and no surprise Paul had a very hard time...on those days the Poor Paul have to abandon his mission to go back to Jerusalem to ask the other apostles this matter was so important that he could not decide by himself so the council of apostles in Jerusalem decided. not to apply the LAW to the GENTILES. full stop.......... Is that that difficult to understand.........!!!!!!!!!!
