Well.....settle back and get comfy cos this could take a while!!!!! lolz.....jokes...

This is a rather subjective topic....in fact....it could be compared to baking scones.....there are fundamental key ingredients, but, depending on who you are you will add little extra's....

Anyway, enough with the analogies and cut to the chase Joy!!

Ok, well here goes nothing!!!

MAIN INGREDIENTS AS FOLLOWS -

1) He has to be male and have a pulse
2) There needs to be an attraction (preferably mutual!)
3) He needs to be Jesus lovin, Bible believin, Prayin man of God.
4) Commonality
5) HUMOUR!!!! (ok, I add more than others might)
6) Personality
7) Honesty, integrity

Ok, so that would be a top seven......there are some extras I have not included which are unique to me..

I think every girl would have other things to add to the list, but what I have listed above are the core ingredients.

For purely physical attraction its all about the face. No good face, no attraction. Preferably its good that he doesnt look like any type of forest creature, must have good hair to. Personality and all that other junk, must have a sense of humor, be calm not that hyper type jittery all over the place stuff, thats annoying. I find confidence very unattractive so none of that. Being allusive and acting withdrawn... very VERY annoying, so none of that either. Must be a christian, but not one of those judgmental types beat you over the head with the bible pointing out your sins kinda crap. Sarcasm is a must, and borderline rude is attractie as well. (well at least for me) I dont like someone that tells you one thing then does another, because most guys do that... so being geniune is a must!

Im guity! When I see a guy the first thing I do is judge him by the way he looks. I have tried to stop doing this but every time I go somewhere I tell my friends oh he's cute, he isn't. I get irritated when I hear guys judge women by whether or not they think she is attractive attractive. I do the same thing.

Im not saying I only date guys that are attractive, but their looks is the first thing that I notice.

For what it's worth, I don't think there's anything wrong with acknowledging a person's physical attractiveness. It's just as much a part of them as is their personailty, and physical attraction between two persons is important.

I agree with all of the above. I also note how he treats animals, his parents, and waitstaff. It's the little things that will make or break him.

I agree with what's been said so far, but I also think attraction has to do with chemistry. I've known guys that had great qualities and fit the "type" of guy that I would want to be with, but I wasn't interested in them that way. It drives me nuts when people say stuff like "What is it about me that you don't like?" or "What does he have that I don't?" It's not always just about qualities--sometimes there's just no chemistry!

For me, I do look at looks first. But the way I get around it though is that I don't like the skinny, muscly guys. I like em bigger. Looking for a big teddy bear. So I guess it would be a good thing. The second thing is their brain. I love a good argument and if he can't keep up with the conversation than don't bother. I try to stay current on most of the worlds events so I would hope he would at least try. I would need someone almost old world.
