How can you watch something that mocks the Lord like it's all good? Those shows should be banned imo. And christians shouldn't watch them anyways. Especially since you're supposed to be born again

south park and family guy is somewhat funny but it is also a bit rediculous.. i find the shows a bit disturbing.. i know its something little kids should never watch...
All the other rude, disgusting or immoral references and such I do not appreciate. Trust your heart. As you say it's not good. If you are trying to be as God wants then you can't watch bad things. Thats growing in Christ. That's why a Christian is called different than other people.

I really like both shows. I don't think they are that bad for children my little brother watches it and he's 9 and i guess it depends on the parent. I think they are funny and people need to be mature if they are going to watch it.

Why does this post even exist? How can you claim to be born again and have no sensitivity to sin? If any of you are actually saved, run from these kinda shows, guard your heart. The eyes are the light of the body, if your looking at the darkness how great is the darkness. Most of you are walking in the darkness so you prolly brush this off or get offended when I tell you that you are infact not a christian, the wrath of God is sitting above your head waiting to be poured out on you in hellfire. How can you people claim to know God?

If you love these shows then you have a hard heart. If you have been born of God then you need to repent and pray for Him to do a work on your heart.

Way to be judgmental. I don't think it's your place to say this. I don't believe its a sin to watch that show. I mean its just a T.V. show.

He never said that you aren't a Christ follower because you watched these, he just said that it is a sin. So get away from it, for sin builds a wall between you and God.

Ok lets say watching this show was a sin that wouldn't stop us from being a Christian it would just be that we are sinning. Like i said there is nothing wrong with watching these shows. He is saying that when you become a christian you nare "supposed to" repent from your sin and change. Now you seeing this as not a sin is where I believe the confusion is. I also would agree that it is a sin, because of the fact that these shows are very unGodly.The fact that he said "You claiming to be a Christian and loving this show is the real joke" really bothers me. First off, did you even read the website?!? And second off I agree most t.v. shows are, but the the title of this thread is "How do you feel about South Park, or Family Guy"
