You don't have to apologize Pipp. I know some people who have tough or no relationship with their in laws. I'm fortunate that my Mother in law and my own Mother don't but their noses into our business. We don't have anything that major to butt into. I think some parents have a really difficult time letting go and seeing their grown child move on into making their own family.

It's such a shame when someone makes things so difficult and ends up causing problems.

The thought crossed my mind. lol :P. I don't think I could convince her to sign a pre-nup that says I'm entitled to eternal cupcakes in the event she leaves me for getting too fat though :(

What are you talking about? Cupcakes don't make you fat. I refuse to believe such lies! *eats a dozen cupcakes*
