"God creates life. Each egg fertilized is GOD's will. Yes we are responsible for our actions, and there are consequences, but if it is GOD's will for you to have a child, He will make it happen.
I know women that got pregnant taking birth control, even having condoms. I know others that never used none of them and have no children. This is ultimately God's intervention when it comes to life."
God created human life when He made Adam and Eve. He told them to be fruitful and multiply. Men and women bring new life into existence by their actions together. It goes back to God. But each human being is not a de novo creation of God. If it were, then all babies would be born without sin natures. But we are all included in Adam's sin (Rom 5), thus we must have been in Adam when he sinned. The spirits of men must also be derived from their parents and not special creations of God, because otherwise, God would be putting a sinless spirit into a body that supposed carried the sin of Adam.
Of course, God's providence is over all. We may try to do one thing, then it comes out differently. But it would be absurd for a woman to abstain from sex and declare, "If God wants me to get pregnant He will make me pregnant." We may see God as sovereign and in control over all actions of men, but men are responsible for their actions and do cause things to be done. If a man and woman have sex, both being healthy, it is probable that there will be pregnancy. If they abstain and do not have sex, it is very unlikely to happen. Going ahead and having sex without contraception has its consequences different from using contraception, regardless of the role you assign to God.
Notwithstanding, if you trust the Lord for the outcomes in your life and depend upon him day by day, that is very commendable.
