I think the enemy has made it very successful for singing for the Lord to be weird... Like if I hear a message from God and share it, or the Lord has placed something beautiful in my heart that I have to pray or sing, people tend to not be open to the Spirit and perceive it to be weird. Actively talking about God and our relationship with him in public is becoming more and more rare in my opinion. But in reality, it should be a part of daily life, and when we speak and sing of him regularly, that is when we can find a place of fulfillment.
