The purpose and point of this thread
is to discuss and to learn and to teach
the commandments of Jesus Christ
to those who want to read and participate.
I will go through the new testament and
take them one by one.

We will start with this.

John, Chapter 14, 15: If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John, Chapter 14, 21: He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John, Chapter 15, 10: If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

I would like to say that there are

several people in this world

an anti Christ- bye

non believer - judged by works

faith in Christ - entrance into His kingdom following Gods law

faith in Christ and follows all his laws - adminster of Gods law in kingdom

this subject has been in headed debate since who knows how long

we need to remember all brothers in Christ, are looking for the prize

I think the best question is why not go for the gold

but not trip youre brother up before the finish line

Brother, with all due respect, I have no clue what you were trying to say here. Care to clarify a little? (punctuation is helpful)

Because the church of today is trying to separate Christ from the Father, and the commandments of the OT from the commandments of the NT, even though they are the same only enhanced, it makes me wonder about the purpose of this thread.

If i keep Gods laws now and teach them to you

When Jesus returns

I will become a saint under his elect adminstering

Those very same laws for 1000 years

then at youre judgement day, God has grace on you

and gives you grace under Christ

and can enter his kingdom if you follow His Laws

But I have been fighting satan with Christ and chained him up
and made earth better for you.

and you complain about punction now

(meanwhile, back to the topic..........)

Luke 22:14) And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.
15 .) And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
16 .) For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 .) And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18 .) For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
19 .) And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
20 .) Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

Matthew 4:17) From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Matthew 28:18) And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 .) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 .) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

John 13:1) Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
2 .) And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;
3 .) Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;
4 .) He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
5 .) After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
6 .) Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
7 .) Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
8 .) Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
9 .) Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
10 .) Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
11 .) For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
12 .) So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
13 .) Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
14 .) If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
15 .) For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
16 .) Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
17 .) If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

you are really an annoying person you are always seeking to question everything why is that? I don't really want the answer kind of like you I guess! You are not a Christian why are you so concerned with what Christians do? I don't really want the answer again kinda like you. You try peoples nerves and seem to delight in that. Find what you seek please find it but start looking within as well there is so much confusion you have to first sort through!

John, Chapter 14, 15: "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

This is one of my favorite verses. It shows that those who are His sheep seek to do His will, even when it is difficult.

When people tell me they are Christians, but act exactly like the world in every way, then I know they are not real Christians, because they don't love the one who died for them.

There's only two. No sense in dragging it out. :)

You never cease to amaze me with how your brain processes information you read. You take plain words and turn them into some kind of kaleidoscope.

(again........sigh.......meanwhile back to topic............)

Matthew 19:13) Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.
14 .) But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
15 .) And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.

John 21:14) This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
15 .) So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 .) He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 .) He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

All these things we do if we follow His two commandments of love. :)

If you do not keep the commandments of Jesus Christ,
you do not love Jesus Christ.

True or false?
