[h=3]Isaiah 50:11[/h]Behold, all ye that kindle a fire,

that compass yourselves about with sparks:
walk in the light of your fire,
and in the sparks that ye have kindled.
This shall ye have of mine hand;
ye shall lie down in sorrow.

Galatians 6:4 NLT
Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else.

Proverbs 18:20 NLT
Wise words satisfy like a good meal; the right words bring satisfaction.

He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot.

Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.

I got two verses in mind......
Luke 13:28...."There will be weeping there, and
gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves thrown out..
and....
Revelation 22:15... Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood..

Some people will be competing with dogs with that teeth thing.....haha... n i dont wanna be among them..

[h=3]Isaiah 11[/h]

11 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse,
and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
[SUP]2 [/SUP]and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him,
the spirit of wisdom and understanding,
the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
[SUP]3 [/SUP]and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord:
and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,
neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

John 5:24 - Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Then they will call to me but I will not answer;
they will look for me but will not find me,
since they hated knowledge
and did not choose to fear the Lord.

Since they would not accept my advice
and spurned my rebuke,
they will eat the fruit of their ways
and be filled with the fruit of their schemes.

but He denies the wicked what they crave.

Proverbs 10:6-7

Blessings are upon the head of the just: . . .

. . . but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

The memory of the just is blessed: . . .

. . . but the name of the wicked shall rot.

[SUP]1 Corinthians 9:19-27

[/SUP]For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them. [SUP]20 [/SUP]To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law. [SUP]21 [/SUP]To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law. [SUP]22 [/SUP]To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. [SUP]23 [/SUP]I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. [SUP]25 [/SUP]Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. [SUP]26 [/SUP]So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air. [SUP]27 [/SUP]But I discipline my body and keep it under control,[SUP][b][/SUP] lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.

Isaiah 8

[SUP]11 [/SUP]For the Lord spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, [SUP]12 [/SUP]Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. [SUP]13 [/SUP]Sanctify the Lord of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

Romans 8

[SUP]18 [/SUP]For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. [SUP]19 [/SUP]For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. [SUP]20 [/SUP]For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, [SUP]21 [/SUP]because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. [SUP]22 [/SUP]For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. [SUP]23 [/SUP]And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. [SUP]24 [/SUP]For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? [SUP]25 [/SUP]But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Just extrapulating off waht you said here Sis, putting some more meat on the table to eat
And have we found this fine line in disciplining ourselves? Or are we being discipled by God whom we do not see, and mankind continues to try to be the lead as in we must disciple others, since we are mature?
Have we heard this from God

Hebrews 5:11-6:1

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]11 [/SUP]Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. [SUP]12 [/SUP]For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. [SUP]13 [/SUP]For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. [SUP]14 [/SUP]But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
6 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

Hebrews 6:3
And this will we do, if God permit.

Who truly is ones teacher:
Hebrews 8:11

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]11 [/SUP]and they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

what a verse! i like this translation, not watered-down at all:

I beat my body and make it my slave
so that after I have preached to others,
I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

He put a new song in my mouth,
a song of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear,
and put their trust in the Lord.
