First, I'm not a protestant. I know that it's taught that every christian who isn't Catholic is a protestant. Even had nobody ever protested I would only have followed God because He called me and I still would have read the bible for myself.

I believe Scripture says that we are to expect His coming at any moment. It could be tomorrow or a thousand years. Many thought He would return in 1000 A.D.. Many thought it would be in the 1800s, the 1940s, the 1950s, and every decade and year since. All have been wrong. Eventually someone will be right. But that's more to the fact that if you say the world will end tomorrow, live long enough and you'll eventually be right.

No. There should be a New World Order, and there will be when the U.S. and the EU go the way of all empires and fall. It will be the fall of Rome all over again. First, the Vatican doesn't sell them. Second, it's a sacramental like a rosary. If used as a tool, it is acceptable. If it becomes an object of faith then it becomes an idol. The official sanctioned use of the scapular is to keep a person aware and consistently praying. Every time you feel it against your skin, one is supposed to meditate on the mysteries of Christ and worship God in prayer. That's the true origin of the scapular. Any other ideas put forward are anathema to the Church Catholic.

and I believe things have happened in our lifetime that had to happen before His return was possible, He could not have come in 1930 according to scripture.

well in actuality it probably does.
