Personally,I wish more people who connected or deeply cared about one another would express it more. I think it's healthy. Then again, what do I know? I'm just a romantic at heart I guess. You both rock,no matter if yer' dating or not...but coming together just makes you rock all the more. Like extra helpings of rocky goodness! I love you both.

Teletubby ear wax on Q-tips? Or is that what you call 'pop rocks'? Either way, I don't recognise it but it looks delicious!

It's rock candy...basically just crystallized sugar on a stick.

Hahaha thanks! Really though, I am just very familiar with sweets. I have the cavities to prove it.
Plus I've made rock candy before.

I would like to state for the record that Arlene certainly has been a good influence on you TinTin, because you've finally decided to hang out more often in this forum with the cool kids :p

My dad used to often buy me rock candy after he took me to see the doctor when I was little. I think this is the first I've ever heard it mentioned by anyone! :D It was my favorite. Haven't had it since i was a kid though because I haven't seen it sold anywhere since then. :(

@ Gabe...I used to have a friend, many years ago from Canada. He was a avid pot smoker, and he for some bizzare reason used to call rock candy..."Sticks of Kanni". The reason being has something to so with him meaning to say "Sticks of Candy" to a friend in an email, and typing it as such. This then became an odd joke passed onto several of us. We would regularly ask him if he'd purchased any Sticks of Kanni lately,to which he'd laugh & reply:"Nope, but those things are gooooooood!"

I have no idea why I shared this with you, other than I laughed reading about rock candy here & it's 4 flippin' AM and I'm up. lol

Haha thanks for sharing that Jim! :D I didn't know until this thread that it came on a stick. My dad used to buy it from a fancy department store like Macy's where they sold it by weight. I'd eat it on the way home from there. :)

I just bought one of those rock candy suckers for my daughter last week. Sugary goodness.
