How are new Christians getting their background on mission field?

How are your loved ones being trained to get in-field experiences to backup any job aplication on a mission field?

Are we coaching relatives or children to gain preaching experiences, outreaching people same neigbourhood or international Christian mission?

I new several who knew how to live outside their country, in the jungle, inside multicultural enviroment, etc.

Here are just few iunansered questions you can develope and improve for selftraining and home-schooling your loved ones to spread the Good News you also are gaining more experience and faith convictions.

I myself need to write on the subject to count those blessing and be organized on my own Christian portfolio. :)

My side, I´m also viewing CC the people we could be for, the person we can or could be coaching to be part of, not only CC, but the whole world, not solely CC as a chat for virtual fellowship, but the people we are outside this. :)
 
Well, as stated, the purpose of this section of forums is suggestions to improve CC.
