My son was born prematurely this past Dec. When he was born they noticed he had various issues. Me and my wife spent 5 months in the NICU with him due to a host of issues. Specifically, my son has weaknesses in his muscles. This has caused delays in his breathing and feeding skills. I am asking for all to pray for him. He has an upcoming "swallow study" this week. If he performs well enough, we can feed him through his mouth like normal babies. There is a lot of details I left out, since this is a sensitive matter,but I just want anyone who is willingly to pray for Matthew. Thank you
 
I will start praying for your son and for you and I will continue until the Spirit prompts me to stop. In the mean time just writing this I have the words "Be at peace" overwhelming me.

Thankyou Father God for baby matthew.....for making him strong....thank you for the strength You're giving his family...
I know Your already at work in their lives.....and all they need to do is be faithful....as You tells us in your Word...

My first baby was also a preemie.....she was only 2pounds....And I thank God for her always.....
She is now 30 and has given me 3healthly grands.....shes my best friend......may God bless you as He has me....

Setting your son before God in Jesus's name for healing with praise and thanksgiving!

Is your son diagnosed with multidirectional dysfunction or elhos danlos?
We almost lost our son at age four, God healed him in this and much more. :)
Our praise and hope is always in Jesus!

Wow.,.thanks for your encouraging message. Its such an ordeal to have a preemie. Many do not realize how much of blessing it is to have fully healthy child. I am hoping that God totally heals him, I have faith

Right now they do not have a proper diagnosis for him. They've taking a number of test, we may have to take a genetic test. Thanks for your prayers and concern
 
I have a nephew of the same name, born of the same month, though with certain complications not as sever as yours. Because you requested prayer, I will pray.

The genetic tests are amazing these days and trully can help, it was a mirical for us after 18 yrs of not knowing what was affecting our daughters health.
Your son, you and your wife remain in my daily prayers in Jesus. :)

Praying for strength for you and your wife in the coming months, and for God to touch Matthew's body and bring healing!
 
My daughter was born premature too. She also had multiple health issues along with feeding problems. She was diagnosed with failure to thrive and we had problems with weight gain.

She's going on five now and is healthy and happy.

Speak healing scriptures over your situation. Declare good health over his body. Thank Jesus for healing your son because he already paid the price for his health. Relax God is in control!

Father God, as eddie has confessed in faith, honor that faith by working a miracle here. In Jesus Name amen
