Letting people see the true me, instead of who I want them to see, is like going to the dentist. It hurts and is a bit scary, but the end results are worth the suffering. It's so hard to make the initial "appointment", but once you start, it gets a little easier. All this to say that recently I've cracked the shades in my "box" to see what might be out there. My eyes were stabbed with the incoming light, but they slowly adjusting and i can see some things more clearly I ever thought possible. The people of this forum have helped me to come out of the shadows, and good that I say THANK YOU! The love of Christ shines bright folks, it's a wonderful thing to behold. =)

So, my assistant came to me this morning and greeted me outside. After I prayed for her healing yesterday, I forgot to ask about how her swelling was doing. When I saw her approach me, she had a big grin on her face and said, "You won't believe this, but after you prayed for me, my swelling went down in about 5 minutes!" Apparently she had been suffering from the skin reaction for several days now.
I got crazy excited with her, and then I started talking about Jesus and how wonderful He is and a bit about my own testimony and the amazing emotional healing He has done in my life. Then I stopped and realised I was talking 100 m/ph so I laughed about how good I am at rambling on. She said she didn't mind at all and in fact wished she had people around her who talked to her about their Christian faith.
Man, God has been doing wonderful things lately and He just keeps blowing my mind.

So when you are in a traffic accident, but no one is seriously harmed is that a good day or a bad day? My poor bike needs to go to the bike doctor tomorrow ( at least it is close enough to walk). Also my roomie still needs to get her visa approval and doesn't have it yet. I don't want to be doing my job alone for the next year ( I shouldn't be worried yet, but I'm already making contingency plans). My new dream is to have a nice boring life where everything goes according to plan. I'm sure I'd love it…….
